Et 5 ugers online meditation kursus med mig, Karítas, hvor jeg lærer dig alle grundlæggende principper til meditation og sund & mindful vejrtrækning. Du lærer alt om de gode effekter af denne mindful praksis af meditation, samt hvordan den påvirker og forbedrer din mentale & fysiske sundhed og velvære.

Jeg bruger min personlige viden og erfaringshistorie sammen med min uddannelse i Kundalini yoga & meditations videnskab og min passion for emnet til at hjælpe dig med, at starte med at meditere og til at få meditationspraksis ind i din daglige rutine.

Deltagerne bliver inviteret til en lukket gruppe på facebook, hvor de modtager undervisningsvideoer hver uge, sammen med læringsmateriale. I gennem hele forløbet går jeg på LIVE med 15 - 30 minutters sessioner, som indholder forskellige meditationsøvelser sammen med blid udstrækninger, og flere praktiske mindfulness “tips”. Gruppen får altid en god varsel inden jeg kommer på LIVE, og bagefter bliver sessionerne uploadet med det samme ind i gruppen. Deltagerne går derfor ikke glip af noget, selvom de ikke kan deltage i LIVE sessioner.

Kurset kræver således ikke tilstedeværelse på specifikke tidspunkter, selvom jeg altid anbefaler at prøve LIVE øvelserne, de er simpelthen meget mere effektive og giver mere værdi. Ellers er der mulighed for at deltagerne kigger på videoerne og læser materialet når det passer dem.

Prisen for 5 ugers kursus er DKK 666 og hvis betaling er modtaget senest d. 12.02.26 er prisen DKK 450. Du kan tilmeld dig direkte via linket:

Your breath is more than oxygen — it’s the bridge between your body, mind, and nervous system. By consciously changing your breathing pattern, you directly influence how your body responds to stress, energy, and emotions.

🔬 The science behind it:
• Nervous system regulation – Slow, deep breathing activates the parasympathetic nervous system, calming stress hormones and lowering heart rate and blood pressure.
• Brain & focus – Breathwork increases oxygen flow to the brain, sharpening concentration and balancing brainwave activity.
• Emotional release – Conscious breathing affects the limbic system (the emotional center of the brain), helping release stored tension and reset old stress patterns.
• Energy & resilience – Certain breath practices (like faster rhythms) stimulate the sympathetic system, giving you energy, while others bring balance and resilience.

Every week is a fresh chance to begin again. The little things we repeat shape the way we feel in our body, mind, and heart. Habits may seem small, but they are the gentle threads that weave our days together.

This Sunday, pause and ask yourself:
✨ What is one small habit I want to strengthen this week?
✨ What is one tiny shift that can bring me closer to calm, balance, or joy?

🌿 Mini-practice: Close your eyes. Take 3 slow, mindful breaths. Feel how even this short pause already creates space. Imagine carrying that same presence into your week through one simple habit — whether it’s stretching in the morning, journaling for 5 minutes, or remembering to breathe deeply before a meeting.

Gratitude is not just a nice feeling – it is a powerful daily practice that can change the way we live and how we feel. 🌿

When we pause and acknowledge what we already have, our nervous system calms, our heart rate lowers, and we create space for more balance, joy, and resilience. Practicing gratitude strengthens both our mental and physical health – helping us to meet life’s challenges with more steadiness and strength.

✨ Gratitude is a habit, and every time we choose it, we invite more health, more presence, and more peace into our lives.

💛 Today’s invitation: take a breath, place a hand on your heart, and think of one thing you are grateful for right now. Say it outloud or write it down.
