The EMDR Europe conference was held in Prag this year. What a beautiful and vibrant city. So inspired by those professionals who shared their research and clinical work. Mostly followed a track on dissociative states and parts work. Important to remember that dissociation is a vital survival mechanism which at a difficult time in persons life got them through. Always work with the defenses, they are there for a good reason.
