⭐ With the year coming to a close, we’re pausing to look back on the major achievements that shaped our 2025.
Throughout this year, us at Event Planet Group have navigated full schedules, with ambitious expectations and results exceeding what we set out to achieve.

🟠 Nearly 1,000 bookings managed, including transportation, accommodation, congress venues, and restaurants;
🟠 Projects delivered locally in more than 10 countries across the EMEA, APAC, and NA regions;
🟠 Partnerships built with 100+ Academic and Scientific institutions;
🟠 Nearly 10,000 participants and 800 KOLs engaged from around the world;
🟠 More than 30 multi-layered scientific materials developed from scratch, with over 45 MLR processes successfully completed;
🟠 Hundreds of designs produced, including visual identities, videos, websites and digital campaigns, aimed to turn concepts into impactful experiences.
