Last week, Emma and I watched morning light weave through ancient pines. In that hush, we remembered why we do what we do: guiding you to slow down, breathe deeper, and reconnect with your true self.
Here’s a mini-practice you can try anywhere:
- Close your eyes. Inhale counting to four, imagining pine-scented air.
- Exhale counting to six, releasing tension with your breath.
- Repeat three times, then open your eyes and notice how the world looks just a little calmer.
