Da quando ho iniziato a praticare Face Yoga piú di un anno fa non ho mai smesso, é una pratica che mi fa stare bene dentro e fuori. Qualche goccia di Endemik Broosha, e lascia che le tue due mani sgonfino il tuo viso da fluidi in eccesso con dei semplici massaggi.
La mia lezione online é quasi pronta, e sarà presto disponibile in lingua inglese.

Recently I started an early morning (6:45) Face Yoga routine with my colleague from the Face Yoga certification and a very cool group of women.
There is no better way to start the day than with a nice face lift and postural exercises.
