Last week, Quanta System SpA - part of the El.En. S.p.A. group - had the privilege of hosting Josefa Idem at , World and Olympic Champion in individual kayaking, as a co-trainer alongside Stefano Minisini in the training program dedicated to our Managers.

Listening to her life story was like navigating through the waters of determination: victories, achievements, and emotions, but also defeats, sacrifices, and disappointments.
Josefa reminded us that every success, both personal and professional, is the result of an invisible journey made of tough training, falls and comebacks, and how, in work as in sports, curiosity and the desire to learn are the true engines of change and training is the real talent.

✨ A dream come true at the Louvre!

On Friday, October 24th, we had the honor of celebrating another incredible project that brings together Technology, Art, and a passion for preserving our artistic and cultural Heritage.
As an act of patronage, El.En. Group donated the EOS QS laser to the French Ministry of Culture - one of the most advanced technologies in the world for the restoration of cultural assets.

The donation ceremony took place at the École du Louvre, home to restoration laboratories and a leading scientific center that supports over 1,200 public restoration facilities across France.

The event was attended by the Light For Art team, the management of the C2MRF institute, our wonderful French representatives from ECP, and numerous distinguished figures from the worlds of culture, restoration, and research.

Eng. Paolo Salvadeo, General Manager of El.En., officially handed over the valuable instrument to Dr. Jean-Michel Loyer-Hascoët, Director of the Center for Research and Restoration of the Museums of France.

This milestone reaffirms El.En.’s mission: to put light at the service of art - to Preserve the Past and Illuminate the Future. 💫

Paolo Peruzzi, Head of Regulatory Affairs at El.En. SpA, has been officially appointed Convenor of Working Group 4 (Medical Lasers) within IEC Technical Committee 76, the IEC (International Electrotechnical Commission) responsible for global standards on laser product safety and performance.

This prestigious role recognizes Paolo’s expertise and leadership in the international technical standardization landscape.
As Convenor, Paolo will coordinate the group’s activities, provide technical guidance, and foster consensus among experts from around the world.
Recently, Paolo was also named Co-Convenor of Subcommittee 62A, which focuses more broadly on electromedical equipment.

Congratulations to Paolo for this outstanding milestone and for his ongoing contribution to advancing global safety and innovation in the medical laser sector!

🎓 Giovani talenti in El.En.!

Abbiamo avuto il piacere di ospitare gli studenti di ITS Vita, che hanno trascorso con noi una giornata di formazione e un factory tour immersivo tra lezioni, esperienze pratiche e momenti di scoperta.

Durante l’incontro hanno potuto conoscere da vicino il mondo Operations, la storia e i prodotti El.En., e la ricerca che ogni giorno anima il nostro lavoro, grazie al contributo dei nostri docenti di Imbriani come responsabile dei specialisti di prodotto, Bigazzi e Bartoli come fisici ricercatori responsabili rispettivamente dello sviluppo e applicazione dei sistemi laser in ambiti industriali e della conservazione e restauro dei beni culturali e Materassi come COO che gli guidati nell'arco della giornata attraverso tutta l'azienda.
I ragazzi hanno sperimentato in prima persona il potere della luce: dal restauro dei beni culturali, alla cura della pelle, fino alla marcatura dei tessuti.

Siamo felici di creare connessioni che generano innovazione e futuro, perché crediamo che i giovani siano la luce di domani.
