DESCRIZIONE POST BEDROCK
In this historic building from the late 19th century, which first housed Mabley's department store in 1880 and then the Metropole Hotel from 1898, , designed by Neumann Smith Architecture, is bringing its team to the heart of Detroit, transforming it into its new headquarters.
For this project, which required special screeding, the designers chose our ROVERETO 30, produced in a special 80 mm thickness with a sandblasted R11 non-slip finish, ideal for outdoor spaces.
To enhance the color depth and highlight the natural beauty of the material, a WET STONE ECO enhancer, produced by our trusted partner , was applied.
The result is a floor capable of highlighting every architectural detail and creating a bold and refined visual impact, while meeting all safety standards.
In questo storico edificio di fine ‘800, che ospitò prima il Mabley’s department store nel 1880, poi il Metropole Hotel dal 1898, Bedrock, su progetto dello Neumann Smith Architecture, porta il suo team nel cuore di Detroit, trasformandolo nella nuova sede principale.
Per questo progetto con particolari necessità di massetto, i designer hanno scelto il nostro ROVERETO 30, realizzato nello spessore speciale 80 mm, con finitura sabbiata R11 antiscivolo, ideale per gli spazi esterni.
Per esaltare la profondità cromatica e valorizzare la bellezza naturale del materiale, è stato applicato un esaltatore WET STONE ECO, prodotto del nostro partner di fiducia Fila Solutions.
Il risultato è un pavimento capace di mettere in risalto ogni dettaglio architettonico e di creare un impatto visivo deciso e raffinato, rispettando tutti i parametri di sicurezza.
