Guided by the pure, resonant tones of crystal singing bowls, the expansive waves of a beautiful gong, and gentle guidance, this immersive sound bath invites a sense of calm, clarity, and gentle release, helping you unwind and settle into a more peaceful state of being.

In this relaxed state, something magical happens: you can quiet the chaos and begin to truly hear the world around you. The subtle chorus of the Adirondack forest, wind in the pines, distant water, the quiet breath of the wilderness, weaves together with the soothing frequencies of the instruments, creating a profound sense of connection to both self and place. 

No experience needed, just bring an open heart. There are benches along the edge of the room; however, if you want to lie down, bring a yoga mat or blanket and whatever makes you comfortable (pillow, extra layers). Come as you are, leave renewed. Sometimes healing asks us to hold two truths at once.
The duality. The dance.

There are days when life hands you something so stuck, so stubborn, so heavy, the only way to get to the medicine inside is to hit it with a hammer.
To break the old shape.
To crack what’s been calcified.
To choose the uncomfortable action that sets you free.

And then there are the other days
the tender ones
when your psyche feels like fine china.
When the hard things must be held softly, cupped gently in both hands, honoured for their fragility,
because that’s the only way the medicine can seep in.

Healing is not one path.
It’s the wisdom to know when to apply pressure
and when to soften.
When to be or to use the hammer
and when to be or embrace the china cup.

Both are sacred.
Both are needed.
Both are you.
