Creating a space for women to gather and allow their emoceans to come to the surface. Sharing tools and wisdom to empower them in how they process what comes up.

It was a huge privilege to co-facilitate a woman’s gathering this past Thursday and to witness my child step into their own authority in creating a beautiful altar and ritual space with me.

This year I will be more proactive about sharing here all the up coming events, retreats and mentorship opportunities. With Water leading the way we will flow into this firehorse year steady and ready ❤️‍🔥

Somewhere along the way, we forgot.

That cities were once built like prayers.
That beauty was woven into stone, sound, and silence.
That healing came from harmony—not control.
That energy wasn’t just science—it was sacred.

Walking through Firenze, I couldn’t help but feel it. One of the most memorable experiences was just walking at night looking at the details in doorways and buildings.
The memory etched into arches, domes, and geometry that sings.
It’s not just history—it’s remembrance.

What if this wisdom was never lost… just buried beneath concrete and convenience?

The more I learn—about Water, about vibration, about natural medicine—
the more I understand:
We don’t need to add more.
We don’t need to build for profit.
We need to tune back in.

Because real healing doesn’t override the body.
It listens.
It remembers.
