Luca — beekeeper, teacher, keeper of an ancient craft — is visiting three Florence schools:

— International School of Florence
— Canadian School of Florence
— Bilingual School of Florence

He’ll bring the hive into the classroom and the classroom to the hives. Children will learn how bees communicate, how colonies make
decisions, and why every human life on earth depends on this small, extraordinary creature.

A bee doesn’t think about the flower it just left.
It moves on — and in doing so, it pollinates an orchard. Sustains a meadow. Feeds a village. The bee. never sees the full effect of what it does. It just keeps going. That’s the ripple.

At Lady Ripple, we believe in the quiet, compounding power of living consciously — the choices we make about what we wear, what we support, and how we gather. Each one sends a ripple outward.

To celebrate Earth Day, Lady Ripple and our beekeeper Luca Baldini had the honour of imparting bee knowledge to children today.

It was a wonderful morning of discovery, curiosity, science and how we are all connected to the bees and the wonders bees do for us humans. 🐝✨
