🔹We can lose up to thirty percent of our muscle mass as we age. Make time to regularly lift light weights, increasing repetitions over time.

🔹We tend to stiffen and lose our flexibility and range of motion in our joints as we age. However, regular gentle stretching helps prevent the aches and pains in our joints.

🔹Balance is one of the things that tends to become less stable with age, so regular balance practice can help you prevent falls and injuries.

🔹Slowing down and becoming more sedentary happens with age. Remind yourself often to incorporate little aerobic movements into your daily life.

🔹Take time to reflect, contemplate or meditate. This will be your friend as you move on into older age.

🔹And finally, don’t take yourself too seriously. Nobody else is….👵🏼🦋👵🏼
