Strong legs + strong back = Nature's Energy
When I go to the gym I go to work. I'm neither wasting my time, neither am I playing. I could use that extra 90 mins in bed sleeping. The point is if you want to transform your body you have got to be consistent with movement.
Falling in love with taking care of yourself. Your physical body carries you through life. Look after it through movement, lifting weights, and eating well.
Lifting weights may not be your thing, but find ways to move your body that you love. It could be zumba, cardio walks in the park, pilates, do something to make your body fit and strong for life.
It's not easy, but I promise that if you work consistently and intentionally, it will be worth it.
There is no destination, it's a journey. So find joy in it.
