Floripa, Yoga- and Surfhouse in Sicily, a house of lightness and release 🌺💫

In recent years it has become an important issue for me to take a break from everyday life from time to time in order to have time and space to reflect and understand what I've lived.
After these very unusual six months with so many unplanned events and changes, I was surprised to even find such a place in connection with yoga.
But this place really exists in Europe too. In the south of Sicily.
Welcome to Floripa, where all people who are looking for something come together and share something. Just live in the present moment and get involved here in the area.
In addition to the highly professional yoga courses in the morning and in the evening, teacher training courses for yoga teachers are also offered. Starting with Sup-Yoga through Vinyasa and Yinyoga to anatomy and sequencing. In addition to yoga, kite surfing is also an important focus that can be lived in the beach. There is an opportunity to withdraw and to open up and socialize with so many lovely people who share the same interest. Spend a restful, relaxed time. The food is always freshly prepared, healthy, vegetarian and a mix of Italian-healthy-vegan cuisine.
There is the possibility to stay in private rooms as well as shared rooms in the yoga house, the kite house or the surf house.

Experience Yoga and nature in the Mountain Retreat Center/ Bavaria ⛅

To look for the sun not outside, but really in the heart 💕. Something that is still a bit difficult for me as a sunbather, but this time I wanted to risk it.
My wish was not to fly, but to find a yoga place in the regional environment, without odds and ends.
I immediately got the right destination through Indigo Reisen: the Mountain Retreat Center in Sachrang, Bavaria🌟.
The weather of course was nothing that I desired, it was raining, it was cold and foggy, that there was almost no other option than to reflect, to relax and to live in the present.
Every week a different yoga teacher offers the yoga classes that take place twice a day. Activating yoga in the morning, contemplative yoga in the evening.
In between there is time for reading, which is made very tasty by the wonderfully equipped library with countless yoga books. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are almost 100% organic, healthy and varied.
A hike together, baking bread and simply letting your soul dangle perfectly round off your yoga holiday and help you to relax and enjoy yourself. Highly recommended if you want to experience a Yogastay not far away💫🌷🌲.
