How’s your year started? 🤔
Please know that if the hope, motivation or will power are waining, it doesn’t mean you’re lazy, useless or any of other labels you may have given yourself.
I’ve had a few conversations recently about how we can self sabotage and get in our own way - obviously not deliberately, and invariably not consciously either.
This is costly, because it creates stress, anxiety, slow or disappointing results. Which leads to drops in confidence and huge self doubt around whether we’ll ever become the version of ourselves we want (eg. the version who is clear, calm, confident and courageous - in both body and mind).
