When you start to practice paying attention to what’s going on in your body, you’ll find that many thoughts will arise. Your mind might appeare as a box full of different thoughts and day flesh-backs. It might drift to something that happened yesterday, meander to your to-do list—it will try in anyway to be anywhere else but not where you are.
The stillness of the mind comes when you are able to arrive to the present moment with no thoughts but just sensations of true Reality.
The more you practice the more you can remain in present moment with no idea about the past or the future.

The more we practice the more easy we process difficult time in life such as emotional brakedown, separation ect.
With the practice of mindfulness we accumulate inside more peace and happiness.

WHY IT IS IMPORTANT TO PRACTICE MINDFULNESS?

Modern world becomes more fast and overwhelming. Each day we receive 5 times more information then 30 years ago.

Hundred years ago majority of humans were able to read around 50 books in their entire life nowadays it seems to be ridicules.

Even though our brain and nervous system are quite elastic and flexible the amount of information and signals that modern humans process each day is immense. That's why more and more people start to feel overloaded, stressed and suffer from self-doubt and low energy balance.

Mindfulness is basically a practice that with consistency and practice brings the mind in stillness and help to discharge the entire body from unnecessary emotions and inner heat making it a quiet and a peaceful place to be.
