A Doctor in Motor Education with a specialization in Osteopathy, and a two-year Diploma in massotherapy - MCB at ecolife (Milan) . After graduating in Preventive and Adapted Motor Education (Faculty of Medicine and Surgery) at the University of Pavia, I obtained the five-year Diploma in Osteopathy at the ICOM College in Cinisello Balsamo (2014). I completed my training with a 1st level Master's degree in Osteopathic Sciences at the University of Milan - Bicocca. I am a massage therapist specialized in rehabilitative and preventive techniques which involve a therapeutic massage of the connective tissue and muscles generally performed with manual massage The massage therapist performs various massage techniques with a wide range of benefits , ranging from relaxation to muscle strength, from stress cancellation to energy restoration, from muscle re-education to psychophysical well-being.
