The Position:
The person we are looking for is a brilliant and innovation-driven Operations Center Specialist. They will be responsible for organizing the operational management phases of the activity, both from a qualitative and quantitative perspective, in order to pursue continuous improvement and guarantee safety and compliance with required standards.
They will handle the plan for reducing time and costs aimed at optimizing work methods to implement procedures. They will define activities aimed at selecting, motivating, and enhancing the professional growth of resources using performance indices, supervise realized orders/projects, and prepare initiatives aimed at improving production results in terms of efficiency, productivity, and quality, with constant reporting and statistical analysis of production history.
The Desired Profile:
Excellent knowledge of the French language and good knowledge of the English language, good knowledge of software systems.
A strong inclination for team collaboration, excellent problem-solving attitude, and strong drive and propensity for continuous improvement and professional growth alongside the company complete the profile.
