Because real reflection doesn't happen between back-to-back calls. It happens when the mind has room to breathe — and few things give you that like the light and slowness of the Greek sea.
For six days, a group of leaders will come together to explore and expand their leadership potential, guided through honest conversations by Markos Perrakis PhD and Allegra Varriale, ACC, in the kind of space that's hard to find anywhere else.

It’s hard to see the big picture when you’re caught in the daily grind.
