After having two kids, my body has changed. The fat around my belly is so disturbing. I really want to lose weight because it has a negative impact on my confidence, and not just because I can't stop eating.I cant stop eating sweets. I really need help now.
Says a woman who wants to lose weight NOW.
Sometimes there is a very fine line between wanting and having a desire.
When you have a desire to change your habits, buying the latest iPhone will not be a priority compared to how you feel towards your body and towards yourself first of all.
When you want to lose weight so much , buying new furniture will not be a priority compared to your health and well-being.
And then you go, like, "Nothing really works for me." "I have tried so many diets from Google, but it doesn’t help me."
And the days pass so fast, weeks, months, years, we don’t really realize how the time flies and bhum you have added 15 more kg from the initial stage.
And it wouldn't bother you because you have a title "I am a mother of two," which is acceptable in society, you reason.
One day, all of a sudden, you notice that your partner looks so attractive for his 45 + years and you even silently do a comparison between you and him, thinking "he looks younger."
Then the mind chatter begins: "it's f**king not fair that I do everything in this house, I have a career, I was pregnant and gave birth, and I look horrible."
And then a woman decides to take some sort of action, and the name of that action is "putting herself as a priority "
Before such a harsh awakening, we women take so much responsibility : saving as much as possible, being a good mother, kids, career, husband, family, food for everyone, and when the time comes for you, you are just tired, you just want to survive with some leftovers from your kids or your husband.
That’s why I will never get tired of saying YOU ARE NUMBER ONE PRIORITY FOR YOUR LIFE – STOP THINKING SMALL!
