Come and join Jessie and Eugene, the founders of AcroYoga Montreal, when they come to Waking Dreams studio in London, UK! They will be bringing a unique Montreal style weekend intensive. If you love Acroyoga, and you want to up your skill/creative level, join us for this special experience.

This course will cover the essential building blocks of AcroYoga. We will practice classic techniques, create original flows, explore new & challenging AcroYoga material, as well as Montréal signature moves, and of course, we will dance, clap and stomp, and bomb the core!!! This will be a true multi-level training, so expect to work at full capacity, in safety… Come prepared for a challenge and “Big FUN."
