There is a place within us that feels like a home
not a home made of rooms and walls, but of voice, presence, and truth.
It is the space where we can finally say what we feel,
where we realize that no one can take away our place in the world.

I Am.
A simple phrase, yet vast enough to hold everything we have been
and everything we can become.

In Reiki, “I Am” is not a declaration of strength,
but a deep recognition:
I am here, I am present, I exist in my wholeness.

When we ask ourselves, “Who am I really?”
the answer does not come from the mind,
nor from roles or expectations.
It rises from silence
from that still point where energy flows freely
and reminds us that we are not limited,
not defined, not finite.

Inside us vibrates something without boundaries.
A spark that does not die, does not change form, does not fade.
This is what Reiki gently awakens, breath after breath:
the awareness that we are part of the Infinite,
and at the same time, the Infinite lives within us.

When you recognize this, everything shifts.
Your words become truer,
your presence fuller,
your life more your own.
Because you finally understand that you don’t need to become anything else
you only need to be.

And in that simple, profound being
you find your home,
your voice,
your breath,
your essence.

I am.
And that is enough.
Because in that “I Am,” the Infinite takes form through me.

C’è un luogo dentro di noi che assomiglia a una casa:
non una casa fatta di stanze e muri, ma di voce, presenza e verità.
È lo spazio in cui finalmente possiamo dire ciò che sentiamo,
in cui ci accorgiamo che nessuno può toglierci il nostro posto nel mondo.

IO sono.
Una frase semplice, ma così vasta da contenere tutto ciò che siamo stati
e tutto ciò che possiamo diventare.

Nel Reiki, l’“IO Sono” non è un’affermazione di forza,
ma un riconoscimento profondo:
sono qui, sono presente, esisto nella mia interezza.

Quando ci chiediamo “Chi sono io realmente?”
la risposta non arriva dalla mente,
non nasce dai ruoli o dalle aspettative.
Arriva dal silenzio.
Da quel punto immobile dove l’Energia scorre libera
e ci ricorda che non siamo limitati,
non siamo definiti, non siamo finiti.

Dentro di noi vibra qualcosa che non ha confini.
Una scintilla che non muore, non cambia forma, non si spegne.
È ciò che il Reiki risveglia lentamente, respirazione dopo respirazione:
la consapevolezza che noi siamo parte dell’Infinito
e allo stesso tempo l’Infinito ci abita.

Quando lo riconosci, tutto cambia.
Le parole diventano più vere,
la presenza più piena,
la vita più nostra.
Perché finalmente capisci che non devi essere altro:
devi soltanto Essere.

E in quell’Essere semplice e profondo
ritrovi la tua casa,
la tua voce,
il tuo respiro,
la tua essenza.

IO sono.
E questo basta.
Perché in quel “IO sono” c’è l’Infinito che prende forma attraverso di me.

Today I feel an energy that speaks of transformation, of trust, and of returning to our most sacred nature.
It’s an energy that invites us to stop seeking confirmation outside ourselves and to begin recognizing what is born within.

How many times do we feel divided between who we want to be and who we think we must be?
How often do we cling to a struggle that exhausts us, while life simply asks us to trust?
And how many times, deep inside, do we continue to oscillate between being the victim, the savior, and the judge of ourselves?

Reiki teaches us that every part of us deserves to be heard, but none of them should rule.
Transformation begins when we stop fighting and start feeling.
Trust begins when we allow ourselves to be vulnerable without fear.
Our divinity emerges when we embrace every shade of our heart.

Today I choose to see the light.
Choosing the light doesn’t mean ignoring the shadow, but letting it speak and then letting it go.
Today I choose Love as my foundation, my breath, my answer.

Like the fog that lifts and allows the sun to shine again, we too can let emerge what has always been there:
our truth, our strength, our ability to create Love.

Today I remind myself that everything I experience can be transformed.
That life is not against me, but with me.
That Love is not something to search for: it is something to let out.

Oggi sento un’energia che parla di trasformazione, di fiducia e di ritorno alla nostra natura più sacra.
È un’Energia che ci invita a smettere di cercare conferme fuori e a iniziare a riconoscere ciò che nasce dentro.

Quante volte ci sentiamo divisi tra ciò che vorremmo essere e ciò che crediamo di dover essere?
Quante volte ci aggrappiamo a una lotta che ci stanca, mentre la vita ci chiede soltanto di fidarci?
E quante volte, nel profondo, continuiamo a oscillare tra la vittima, il salvatore e il giudice di noi stessi?

Il Reiki ci insegna che ogni parte è degna di ascolto, ma nessuna deve comandare.
La trasformazione nasce quando smettiamo di combattere e iniziamo a sentire.
La Fiducia nasce quando ci permettiamo di essere vulnerabili senza paura.
La nostra divinità emerge quando accettiamo ogni sfumatura del nostro cuore.

Oggi scelgo di vedere la Luce.
Scegliere la Luce non significa ignorare l’ombra, ma lasciarle dire ciò che ha da dire e poi lasciarla andare.

Oggi scelgo l’Amore come base, come respiro, come risposta.

Come la nebbia che si apre e permette al sole di tornare a splendere, così anche noi possiamo lasciar emergere ciò che è sempre stato lì:
la nostra Verità, la nostra Forza, la nostra capacità di creare Amore.

Oggi mi ricordo che tutto ciò che vivo può essere trasformato.
Che la vita non è contro di me, ma con me.
Che l’Amore non va cercato: va lasciato uscire.

IO posso creare Amore.
Sembra una frase semplice, eppure racchiude un potere immenso.
Ognuno di noi è un creatore: di pensieri, di emozioni, di percorsi… e soprattutto di Amore.
Ma ciò che è semplice, a volte, appare difficile a chi non ha ancora imparato ad ascoltarsi.

Perché?
Perché lasciare fluire ciò che abbiamo nel cuore fa paura.
È più facile nascondersi dietro le abitudini, dietro l’idea di dover essere “uguali agli altri”, piuttosto che mostrarsi per ciò che siamo davvero.
Eppure, è proprio la nostra Unicità a renderci preziosi: nessuno è come noi, nessuno porterà mai nel mondo la stessa Luce.

Nel Reiki impariamo che l’Amore non si crea forzando, ma lasciando andare.
Lasciando che l’Energia scorra, che il cuore si apra, che la nostra vibrazione naturale emerga senza paura del giudizio.
L’Amore che generiamo non è qualcosa che nasce fuori: è una sorgente che vive dentro di noi e che l’Universo sostiene, sempre, senza condizioni.

E allora perché cerchiamo di controllare tutto?
Perché temiamo di sbagliare.

Ma il Reiki ci ricorda che nessun passo è un errore:
è esperienza.
È soltanto sperimentando, cadendo, rialzandoci e aprendoci di nuovo che possiamo capire qual è davvero la nostra strada.

IO posso creare Amore.
Lo posso fare ora, qui, nel modo più semplice e vero: lasciando scorrere ciò che sono.
E quando l’Amore fluisce, tutto si riallinea, tutto si trasforma, tutto ritorna alla sua naturale armonia.

I have chosen to be Love.
To honor my truth within my own reality,
without expecting anything from anyone.
Because I have worth, simply.
Regardless of what others may think of me.

But who are the “others”?
They are the people who fill our lives
family, friends, colleagues, teachers.
Since childhood, we’ve learned to behave in certain ways
to be accepted, appreciated, recognized.
We like to hear that we are good, kind, beautiful…
And so, we often wear masks to please others,
even when our heart would like to express something else.

And so we go on,
until life with its deep wisdom
places a mirror before us.
Sometimes that reflection is no longer gentle or comfortable,
and to avoid disappointing those we love,
we tell small lies, force smiles,
and drift away from ourselves.

But every time we betray our truth,
a part of us dims a little.
And the body reminds us: fatigue, confusion, tension.
Because living in dissonance
comes at a high price that of our vital energy.

Reiki teaches us that Love is not a reward,
nor something we must earn.
It is what we truly are, at the deepest level.
When we return to vibrate in our authenticity,
the Universal Energy flows freely,
and life begins to move again in harmony.

It is not by pleasing others that we become lovable,
but by choosing to truly love ourselves.

I love myself.
I am Love.
I am worthy of Love, even if I don’t reflect your truth,
because I live in mine.

I create my reality with my own values,
with my principles, with my heart.
And if I transform, it’s not to gain your approval,
but because the Love within me
guides me to become more and more Myself.

Io ho scelto di essere Amore.
Di rispettare la mia verità nella mia realtà,
senza aspettarmi nulla da nessuno.
Perché IO valgo, semplicemente.
A prescindere da ciò che gli altri pensano di me.

Ma chi sono gli “altri”?
Sono le persone che popolano la nostra vita,
famiglia, amici, colleghi, insegnanti.
Fin da piccoli impariamo a comportarci in un certo modo
per essere accettati, apprezzati, riconosciuti.
Ci piace sentirci dire che siamo bravi, belli, buoni…
E allora spesso indossiamo maschere per compiacere,
anche quando il cuore vorrebbe esprimere altro.

E così andiamo avanti,
fino a quando la vita con la sua saggezza
ci mette davanti a uno specchio.
A volte quella realtà non è più così gentile o comoda,
e per non deludere chi amiamo
diciamo piccole bugie, sorrisi forzati,
e ci allontaniamo da noi stessi.

Ma ogni volta che tradiamo la nostra verità,
una parte di noi si spegne un po’.
E il corpo ce lo ricorda: stanchezza, confusione, tensione.
Perché vivere nella dissonanza
ha un prezzo alto: quello della nostra Energia Vitale.

Il Reiki ci insegna che l’Amore non è un premio,
né qualcosa che dobbiamo guadagnare.
È ciò che siamo, nel profondo.
Quando torniamo a vibrare nella nostra autenticità,
l’Energia Universale scorre libera,
e la vita torna a fluire con armonia.

Non è accontentando gli altri che diventiamo amabili,
ma scegliendo di amarci davvero.

IO mi amo.
IO sono Amore.
IO sono degna di Amore, anche se non rispecchio la tua verità, perché vivo nella mia.

Creo la mia realtà
con i miei valori,
con i miei principi,
con il mio cuore.
E se mi trasformo, non è per avere la tua approvazione,
ma perché l’Amore dentro di me
mi guida a diventare sempre più Me stessa.

I am free, here and now.
In the right moment, in the right place for me.
I Am.

And yet, how hard it is to truly feel at ease in our own body, in our family, in our life.
How free do we really feel?

We carry within us family patterns, beliefs, and fears that follow us wherever we go.
And so, freedom becomes an “if”:
If I do… if I say… if I behave in a certain way… then maybe I’ll be free.

But true freedom has no conditions.
It is a state of Being.
It is the deep awareness that we are free, regardless of where we are, when we are, or who is beside us.

In Reiki, we learn that freedom is born from the Heart, not from the mind.
When we allow the Energy to flow without resistance, we realize that everything we experience is perfect for our growth.
We are the ones who choose, moment by moment, how to live, how to respond, how to love.

To be free means to take responsibility for the Self.
And yes, sometimes that feels frightening.
It’s much easier to place blame than to face the feeling of guilt.
But true freedom begins when we stop accusing and start listening.

Only then do we understand that We are our own home.
That every moment is right, every encounter has meaning, and there is no better place than where we are now.

In Reiki, every breath is a return to the Self.
Every treatment, every meditation reminds us that we don’t need to search elsewhere for what we already are:
Love, Light, Presence.

So, ask yourself gently:
How important am I?
How much am I worth?
How happy am I?
How much do I love myself?
How free do I allow myself to be?

First comes I.
Then my feeling.
Then my being.

From there, everything takes shape, everything aligns, everything flows.

Because when I Am, everything is already complete.

Eppure, quanto è difficile sentirsi davvero bene nel proprio corpo, nella propria famiglia, nella propria vita?
Quanto ci sentiamo liberi, davvero?

Portiamo dentro schemi familiari, convinzioni, paure che ci seguono ovunque andiamo.
E così la libertà diventa un “se”:
Se faccio… se dico… se mi comporto in un certo modo… allora forse sarò libero.

Ma la vera libertà non ha condizioni.
È uno stato dell’Essere.
È la consapevolezza profonda che noi siamo liberi a prescindere dal luogo, dal tempo e dalle persone che ci circondano.

Nel Reiki impariamo che la libertà nasce dal Cuore, non dalla mente.
Quando permettiamo all’Energia di fluire senza resistenze, riconosciamo che tutto ciò che viviamo è perfetto per la nostra evoluzione.
Siamo noi a scegliere, momento per momento, come vivere, come reagire, come amare.

Essere liberi significa assumersi la responsabilità di Sé.
E questo, a volte, fa paura.
È più facile dare la colpa al mondo, ai genitori, alle circostanze…
Ma la vera libertà comincia quando smettiamo di accusare e iniziamo ad ascoltarci.

Solo allora comprendiamo che Noi siamo la nostra casa.
Che ogni momento è giusto, ogni incontro ha un senso, e che non esiste luogo migliore di quello in cui siamo ora.

Nel Reiki, ogni respiro è un ritorno a Sé.
Ogni trattamento, ogni meditazione, ci ricorda che non dobbiamo cercare altrove ciò che siamo già: Amore, Luce, Presenza.

E allora, chiediti con dolcezza:
Quanto sono importante Io?
Quanto valgo Io?
Quanto sono felice Io?
Quanto mi amo Io?
Quanto mi permetto di essere libero, davvero?

Per prima cosa vengo Io.
Poi il mio sentire.
Poi il mio Essere.
Da lì tutto prende forma, tutto si armonizza, tutto fluisce.

Perché quando Io Sono, tutto è già compiuto.

I have chosen my reality.
I don’t need anyone’s approval, because I trust the greater design of the Universe.

Surrendering is not easy.
It’s hard to believe in something we cannot touch, something unseen yet deeply felt, something so close and still invisible to the eyes.
And yet, right there, in the silence of the invisible, the Energy of Reiki reminds us that All is One, and that nothing happens by chance.

We often seek confirmation outside ourselves, but life places before us challenges and opportunities precisely to teach us how to find it within.
It is not others who must tell us who we are or what we are worth
it is our Inner Light that speaks, if only we learn to listen.

Inside each of us burns a spark that has never gone out.
It’s like the embers of a fire from the night before: it may seem extinguished,
but beneath the ashes it still glows—warm, alive, waiting for a single breath of love to rekindle it.
Reiki is that very breath.
It is Life flowing through us, nourishing us, reminding us that we are part of a perfect design.

We don’t need to know what awaits us, nor seek answers in signs or in magicians:
the true magic is within us.
We are beings of Light, filled with infinite possibilities, and every day, through Presence, Love, and Trust we can bring back to life the divine flame that lives within us.

Let us then choose to share our most authentic essence with the world,
in the best way we can.
Because when our Light shines, it also illuminates those around us.

Affidarsi non è facile.
È difficile credere in qualcosa che non possiamo toccare, che non si vede ma si sente, che è vicino eppure resta invisibile agli occhi.
Eppure, proprio lì, nel silenzio dell’invisibile, l’Energia del Reiki ci ricorda che tutto è Uno, e che nulla accade per caso.

Spesso cerchiamo conferme fuori da noi, ma la vita ci mette davanti a prove e opportunità proprio per insegnarci a trovarle dentro.
Non è l’altro che deve dirci chi siamo o cosa valiamo:
è la nostra Luce interiore che ci parla, se impariamo ad ascoltarla.

Dentro ognuno di noi c’è una scintilla che non si è mai spenta.
È come la brace di un fuoco acceso la sera prima: sembra spenta, ma sotto la cenere arde ancora, calda, viva, pronta a riaccendersi al primo soffio d’amore.
Il Reiki è proprio quel soffio.
È la Vita che ci attraversa, che ci nutre, che ci ricorda che siamo parte di un disegno perfetto.

Non serve sapere cosa ci attende, né cercare risposte nei segni o nei maghi:
la vera magia siamo noi.
Siamo esseri di Luce con infinite possibilità, e ogni giorno, attraverso la presenza, l’Amore e la Fiducia, possiamo riportare alla vita quella fiamma divina che ci abita.

Scegliamo, allora, di portare nel mondo la nostra essenza più autentica, nel modo migliore che possiamo.
Perché quando la nostra Luce si accende, illumina anche chi ci sta accanto.

How many times have we dimmed, even just a little, our inner fire for fear of being judged?
We spoke softly so as not to disturb,
said trivial things so as not to seem too deep,
chose the “simpler” path so as not to appear presumptuous.

And how many times have we bitten our tongue just to avoid responding?
How many times have we swallowed words that wanted to rise from the heart,
only out of fear of judgment?

But who is this judge that condemns us?
Our boss? A colleague? A friend?
Or maybe… it’s us?
We are the ones who punish ourselves, silence ourselves,
and hide behind masks of “normality.”

We often live looking only at what appears,
forgetting to look within
into the living, beating center of each of us: the heart.
We pay little attention to the words we use to describe ourselves,
or to describe others.
And so, sometimes, we become victims.
Other times, we play the role of executioner.
And sometimes, we even believe we must save the world.

But who saves us, if not ourselves?
We can love others only as deeply as we are able to love ourselves.

Reiki reminds us that it is not judgment that transforms the world
it is Love.
Love that flows through our hands, our eyes,
our conscious breath.

Let us ignite our inner fire,
let the Light flow, let the heart open,
and allow Life to move through us without resistance.

Because when we stop judging ourselves,
we become pure channels of Universal Energy.
And then, yes everything around us shines with Love.

Quante volte abbiamo spento, anche solo un po’, il nostro fuoco vitale per paura di essere giudicati?
Abbiamo parlato sottovoce per non dare fastidio,
detto cose banali per non sembrare troppo profonde,
fatto scelte “semplici” per non apparire presuntuose.

E quante volte ci siamo morsi la lingua pur di non rispondere?
Quante volte abbiamo ingoiato parole che volevano uscire dal cuore,
solo per paura del giudizio?

Ma chi è davvero questo giudice che ci condanna?
Il nostro capo? Il collega? L’amico?
O forse… siamo proprio noi?
Siamo noi a punirci, a zittirci, a nasconderci dietro maschere di “normalità”.

Viviamo spesso guardando ciò che appare, dimenticandoci di guardare dentro,
nel centro vivo e pulsante di ognuno di noi: il cuore.
Non facciamo caso alle parole che usiamo per descriverci,
né a quelle che usiamo per descrivere gli altri.
E così, a volte, diventiamo vittime.
Altre volte carnefici.
Altre ancora ci illudiamo di essere salvatori del mondo.

Ma a noi, chi ci salva… se non noi stessi?
Possiamo amare gli altri solo fino al punto in cui sappiamo amare noi stessi.

Il Reiki ci ricorda che non è il giudizio a trasformare il mondo,
ma l’Amore.
L’Amore che fluisce dalle nostre mani, dai nostri occhi,
dal nostro respiro consapevole.

Accendiamo il nostro fuoco interiore,
lasciamo che la Luce scorra, che il cuore si apra,
che la Vita ci attraversi senza resistenze.

Perché quando smettiamo di giudicarci,
siamo tramiti puri dell’Energia Universale.
E allora sì, tutto intorno a noi si illumina d’Amore.

The relationship with the mother is one of the first mirrors in which we learn to recognize ourselves.
Through her, we encounter life, nurturing, but also our first wounds.

No one is born a parent each of us gives what we have inside, what we have received, what we have learned to transform.
And yet, how often do we look at our mother or our past, not for what it truly was, but for what we wish it had been?
As if love had to match a perfect ideal a “if only she had done more.”

But what if she simply wasn’t able to?
What if she could only give the little love she had learned to feel?

On the Reiki path, we learn that nothing happens by chance.

As souls, we choose our parents not for their virtues, but for their limitations.
Because it is precisely through what we did not receive that we learn to give ourselves what we need.
Their shadows become the soil where our own light can grow.
It is there that our Soul strengthens, expands, and remembers Itself.

When you say, “I have suffered,” no one denies it.

Suffering is real but it is also a threshold:
beyond that pain lies the possibility of rebirth.

The Universal Energy gently reminds us that we are not victims of anyone, but co-creators of our experience.

Let go.
Don’t dwell on the past.
Every time you feel sad, frustrated, or incomplete… come back to yourself.
Breathe.
Place a hand on your heart and remember:

✨ I AM LOVE.
✨ I DO NOT JUDGE.
✨ I CHOOSE TO BEGIN AGAIN.

Every day, every breath, is a new possibility.
When you return to yourself, you return to Love.
And when you return to Love, everything transforms, even the deepest wound becomes light.

Il rapporto con la madre è uno dei primi specchi in cui impariamo a riconoscerci.
Attraverso di lei incontriamo la vita, l’accoglienza, ma anche le nostre prime ferite.

Non si nasce genitori: ognuno dona ciò che ha dentro, ciò che ha ricevuto, ciò che ha imparato a trasformare.
Eppure, quante volte guardiamo la madre o il passato, non per quello che è stato, ma per ciò che avrebbe dovuto essere?
Come se l’amore dovesse corrispondere a un ideale perfetto, a un “se solo avesse fatto di più”.

Ma se non fosse stata capace?
Se anche lei avesse solo potuto dare quel poco che aveva imparato ad amare?

Nel cammino Reiki impariamo che nulla accade per caso.

Come anime, scegliamo i nostri genitori, non per le loro virtù, ma per le loro mancanze.
Perché proprio attraverso ciò che non abbiamo ricevuto possiamo imparare a donarci ciò che ci manca.
Le loro ombre diventano il terreno su cui far crescere la nostra luce.
È lì che la nostra Anima si rafforza, si espande, si ricorda di Sé.

Quando dici: “Io ho sofferto”, nessuno lo nega.

La sofferenza è reale, ma è anche una soglia:
oltre quel dolore c’è la possibilità di rinascere.

L’Energia Universale ci accompagna dolcemente, ricordandoci che non siamo vittime di nessuno, ma co-creatori della nostra esperienza.

Lascia andare.
Non rimuginare.
Ogni volta che ti senti triste, frustrata, incompleta… torna a te.
Respira.
Metti una mano sul cuore e ricorda:

✨ IO SONO AMORE.
✨ IO NON GIUDICO.
✨ IO SCELGO DI RICOMINCIARE.

Ogni giorno, ogni respiro, è una possibilità nuova.
Quando torni a te, torni all’Amore.
E quando torni all’Amore, tutto si trasforma, anche la ferita più profonda diventa luce.

On the Reiki path, we learn that faith is not blind belief, but trust.
Trust in the Energy that flows, in life as it moves… and above all, trust in ourselves.

True faith is a deep act of confidence in our heart, in our ability to feel, to choose, to learn.
We are not asked to believe out of obligation, but to experience in order to understand.

Reiki invites us to live, not to follow dogmas.
To place our hands on the heart, listen to our breath, feel the Energy and say:
“I feel. I choose. I trust myself.”
Only what we truly experience with the body, the soul, and the heart becomes truth. Everything else is just words.

This is why we are neither victims, nor perpetrators, nor saviors.

We are not victims, because at every moment we can choose how to respond to what happens.
We are not perpetrators, because real strength does not harm it understands.
We are not saviors, because every soul has the right and the courage to walk its own path.

We are free. Always.
Free to learn, to fall and rise again, to listen to life without fear.
Free to have faith not in something outside of us, but in that sacred place within us where Energy, Love, and Awareness meet.

And it is from there that we begin to truly live:
not by believing blindly, but by experiencing, feeling, trusting who we are.
Because we are Energy in motion, and Freedom is our truest breath.

Nel cammino del Reiki impariamo che la fede non è credere a occhi chiusi, ma fidarsi.
Fidarsi dell’Energia che scorre, della vita che si muove… e soprattutto di noi stessi.

La vera fede è un atto di fiducia profonda nel nostro cuore, nella nostra capacità di sentire, di scegliere, di imparare.
Non ci viene chiesto di credere per obbligo, ma di sperimentare per comprendere.

Reiki ci invita a vivere, non a seguire dogmi. A mettere le mani sul cuore, ascoltare il respiro, percepire l’Energia e dire:
“Io sento. Io scelgo. Io mi fido di me.”
Solo ciò che attraversiamo con il corpo, con l’anima, con l’esperienza diventa verità. Il resto sono solo parole.

Per questo non siamo vittime, né carnefici, né salvatori.

Non siamo vittime, perché in ogni momento possiamo scegliere come rispondere a ciò che accade.
Non siamo carnefici, perché la vera forza non ferisce, ma comprende.
Non siamo salvatori, perché ogni anima ha il diritto e il coraggio di fare il proprio cammino.

Siamo liberi. Sempre.
Liberi di imparare, di cadere e rialzarci, di ascoltare la vita senza paura.
Liberi di avere fede non in qualcosa fuori da noi, ma in quel luogo sacro dentro di noi dove l’Energia, l’Amore e la Consapevolezza si incontrano.

Ed è da lì che si comincia a vivere davvero:
non credendo ciecamente, ma sperimentando, sentendo, fidandoci di ciò che siamo.
Perché noi siamo Energia in cammino, e la Libertà è il nostro respiro più vero.

On the Reiki path, we learn that reality is not only what we see with our eyes, but also what we feel, think, and radiate from within ourselves.

✨The Energy we carry in our hearts has the power to transform what surrounds us.

When I choose Love, when I decide to vibrate in harmony with it, something changes.
Situations don’t magically become perfect, but they begin to breathe differently.
Fears soften, tensions dissolve, and life starts to flow again.

To love, in Reiki, means to remember who we are:
✨Living Energy,
✨Light,
✨Presence.

It is not just a feeling, but a state of being.
It is saying to oneself, with humility and strength:
“I can transform my reality, because I AM Love.”

Love does not deny pain, but embraces it.

It does not erase wounds, but illuminates them.

It does not change events, but it changes the way we experience them.

And from within, little by little, everything else changes.

Every time I choose kindness, conscious breathing, a word that heals instead of hurting, I am transforming the world.

My reality begins with me.

Quando scelgo l’Amore, quando decido di vibrare in armonia con esso, qualcosa cambia.
Le situazioni non diventano magicamente perfette, ma iniziano a respirare in modo diverso.
Le paure si ammorbidiscono, le tensioni si sciolgono, la vita torna a scorrere.

Amare, nel Reiki, significa ricordare chi siamo:
✨Energia viva,
✨Luce,
✨Presenza.

Non è solo un sentimento, ma uno stato dell’essere.
È dire a se stessi, con umiltà e forza:
“Io posso trasformare la mia realtà, perché IO sono Amore.”

L’Amore non nega il dolore, ma lo abbraccia.

Non cancella le ferite, ma le illumina.

Non cambia gli eventi, ma cambia il modo in cui li viviamo.

E da quell’interno, piano piano, cambia tutto il resto.

Ogni volta che scelgo la gentilezza, il respiro consapevole, una parola che cura invece di ferire, io sto trasformando il mondo.

La mia realtà inizia da me.

There are moments in life when everything feels like too much.

Too many thoughts,
too many commitments,
too many emotions to hold together.

In those moments, the body grows tired, the mind becomes confused, and the heart loses a bit of its light.

It’s right there that Reiki can step in, gently, quietly.

It doesn’t force, it doesn’t impose, it doesn’t judge.

It’s an embrace of Energy, a silent flow that softens, soothes, and awakens.

Reiki helps us find balance when we feel divided.
It brings peace to the mind when thoughts run too fast.
It caresses the wounds of the heart and gives the body a chance to rest and renew.
As if a part of us remembers that serenity isn’t far away, it already lives within.

Reiki doesn’t promise miracles, but it helps us reconnect with our inner strength,
with that quiet center that exists even on the hardest days.
And from there, little by little, the answers come, the burdens lighten, and life begins to flow again, with new meaning.

Reiki is Love in motion.
It’s a gentle way to remember that we can feel well.
That we can heal.
That we can be reborn, each time we choose to listen to our Energy.

Accarezza le ferite del cuore e dona al corpo la possibilità di riposare e rigenerarsi.
Come se una parte di noi ricordasse che la serenità non è lontana, ma vive già dentro.

Il Reiki non promette miracoli, ma aiuta a riconnetterci alla nostra forza interiore,
a quel centro di quiete che esiste anche nei giorni più difficili.
E da lì, piano piano, le risposte arrivano, i pesi si alleggeriscono, la vita riprende a scorrere con un senso nuovo.

Reiki è Amore in movimento.
È un modo dolce per ricordarci che possiamo stare bene.
Che possiamo guarire.
Che possiamo rinascere, ogni volta che scegliamo di ascoltare la nostra Energia.
