• Cos’è l’obesità infantile: quando preoccuparsi e perché è importante intervenire presto.
• Crescita e peso: come capire se il bambino sta crescendo in modo sano.
• Ruolo della famiglia: l’esempio a tavola e nella vita quotidiana.
• Alimentazione equilibrata: cosa non deve mancare nel piatto dei bambini.
• Merenda e colazione sane: idee pratiche e veloci.
• Bibite zuccherate e snack: perché ridurli fa la differenza.
• Attività fisica: dal gioco al movimento quotidiano, non solo sport.
• Sedentarietà e schermi: come limitare il tempo davanti a TV, tablet e cellulare.
• Aspetto psicologico: autostima, bullismo e relazioni sociali.
• Ruolo della scuola: mensa e programmi educativi.
• Complicanze a lungo termine: cosa può comportare l’obesità non trattata.
