Our Story

Samadhi means “estate of bliss” that you might achieve by practicing yoga. Unfortunately we are not God to bring that estate of bliss, but it is nice to be aware that you may have a moment in your life where everything will come together and you feel very connected with yourself, with the planet, with the universe, with your family, with your friends, with the things that you do, with the things that you don’t and you fell very grateful for being who you are. It might happen in the middle of the day having lunch, not necessarily during the yoga practice.
