Prepectoral breast reconstruction is evolving.

Our Bovine Pricardium Membrane is leading that change.

Manual ADM wrapping introduces three challenges every surgeon knows well:
✔ Variability in pocket tension
✔ Increased operative time in DTI cases
✔ Risk of contamination due to excessive handling

Our membrane is a bilayer acellular bovine pericardium matrix, pre-shaped to enable direct placement without manual trimming.

Following 65 reconstructions over a mean follow-up of 21.3 months, the clinical data confirms a reliable path forward:

Predictable Outcomes: Not a single case of significant capsular contracture (Baker III-IV) was noted.

Safety Profile: A low major complication rate of 4.3% in a real-world patient cohort.

Efficiency: Average surgical time was just 1.42 hours.

High-quality outcomes begin at the point of harvest. Traditional high-pressure aspiration may be causing mechanical trauma to the very cells you intend to transplant.

The Science: Adipocyte counts immediately after harvest were 47% higher when aspirated at low pressure (-250 mmHg) compared to high pressure (-760 mmHg).

The Result: Lower harvest pressure also resulted in significantly higher cell viability at day 7.
