Dorina is a mother of six, an Italian-American Chef trained under 5-star chefs and Italian Nonnas, and the passionate force behind the Roseto Effect revival movement. With 30+ years of experience nurturing holistic health in her home, Dorina helps families reclaim the power of shared meals to transform relationships, mental health, and longevity. She’s a former restaurant owner, nationally licensed soccer coach, a trained Christian counselor and life coach, and a social media marketing expert—blending life skills, connection, and creativity in everything she does. Dorina now lives full-time in her ancestral village of Roseto Valfortore, Italy, where she’s building a kitchen studio to film her show and host immersive experiences. This was our first "promotional" video from one of our first groups to Roseto, Italy! My how we've grown since then! ...and we are still having FUN!!!
Since we started we have brought more than 40 planned groups and I don't know how many small groups for shorter trips!
Hundreds and hundreds of people! Now as we get close to 2026... we will be entering our 10th year! WOW! And now we are living here! My dream come true!!!
