Surround yourself with people who lift you up, inspire you, and remind you of what you’re capable of.

But don’t forget that your results will always come from your actions only!!!
You are in charge of how far you go.

This competition was more than a stage for me.
It was a personal challenge, a solo trip to Romania, and a way to face my own weaknesses.

I’m still working through them, but that’s the beauty of growth. 🌱

POLAND SHOW 🇵🇱✨

I’m really happy with the package we brought to stage, the result of years of hard work, dedication, and passion.
Placed 2nd in Fit Model Open 💪 and feeling proud of what we achieved, especially after this last year working with my amazing coach , who supports me from the other side of the world no matter what 🫶

But I also want to open up about something personal, something that’s been one of my biggest challenges before stepping on stage.
This was my 4th competition (2nd in NPC), and yet… right before I go out there, I start shaking. Badly.
So much that I can’t control it, and in those moments, it becomes almost impossible to properly pose, walk, and show the physique I’ve worked so hard to build.

It’s frustrating. It’s disappointing. And yes, it feels embarrassing.

But this is also part of my journey as an athlete.
My main goal now is to learn how to manage this obstacle, because I know that once I do, I’ll finally be able to bring my full potential to the stage. 💫

Success is about resilience, hard work, humility, and the courage to face your limits while choosing to rise again. ❤️‍🔥

💫 Taking care of your body is a full-time job

Most women come to us trapped in the all-or-nothing mindset, eating perfectly one week, then “starting over” the next.
But this approach keeps you stuck in a cycle of burnout and frustration.

True progress doesn’t come from perfection.
It comes from consistency and mastering the basics day after day.

Work.
Nutrition.
Training.
Rest.
Recovery.
Social life.
Enjoyment.

They’re not separate pieces, they’re all part of the same picture.
No one action should cancel out another.

There’s no perfect plan or lifestyle.
But there’s the lifestyle you choose to create, one that supports your health, confidence, and energy long term.

Because at the end of the day, it’s your body, your habits, your choices.

🥣 How a Nutritionist Eats While Trying to Lose Fat (Without Feeling Too Deprived)

This is just an example of how a day of eating might look for me, not a “perfect plan”.
Even as a nutritionist, I eat foods I genuinely enjoy and that make me feel good.
That’s the real secret to staying consistent and achieving results that last.

It’s about building balance between nourishment and enjoyment.

Here’s what typically works for me (and many of my clients too):

🥣 Protein + fibre at breakfast to reduce cravings
🥗 Volume and colour at lunch for satisfaction
🍏 A snack to support consistency
🍛 A simple, tasty dinner that feels good, not restrictive
🍧 Daily treat!!!!!!!

You just need a flexible structure that supports your goals and your lifestyle.
