Hi there! I’m Giorgia – a TRE & Yoga teacher, and a single toddler mum. I I'm here to support fellow mamas in feeling good in themselves 💛
Since this little community here on Instagram is growing, I realised I haven’t properly introduced myself yet... so here it is!👇️
My background is in zoology.. I spent 10 years working with animals, particularly looking after monkeys – I loved it. In 2017, I took the leap to listen to my gut and follow my intuition, which led me to new crossroads. Since then, I haven’t stopped listening to my gut and trust in the universe!
Here some of my journeys:
🌿 Lived on permaculture farms in Switzerland and UK
🍴 Worked as a vegan holistic chef in retreat centres in the UK and Spain
🧘♀️ Completed my yoga teacher training in Spain after 10 years of practising yoga daily
💛 Discovered TRE and fell in love with the practice of letting my body shake
🌍 Spent 3 months in the Panamanian jungle at looking after howler monkeys
🌊 Swam with sea turtles in Greece while researching their hatching season
🚴♀️ Cycled solo from the UK to Spain
💧 Done a week-long water fasting retreat (yes, only water for a week!) and then hiked to the longest mountain chain in Switzerland
🧘♀️ Spending holidays on silent meditation retreats
🐘 Was once chased by an elephant in South Africa (not fun, but definitely a story to tell!)
In 2021 started the biggest adventure of my life – becoming a mum. The last 3 years have been such a rollercoaster, especially becoming a single mum, whilst trying to stay true to who I am and the person I want to be. Honestly, it’s thanks to all the tools I’ve learned along the way that I haven’t had a breakdown yet!
Now, I love supporting other mums on their matrescence journey because I know how tough it can be. And, to be honest, it feels good knowing that I am doing something meaningful in this world – otherwise, what’s the point?! 😉
