European Yoga Federation, the undersigned, wish to express our unwavering support for the promotion of peace, non-violence, and constructive cooperation between the nations of India and Pakistan.

As neighbors with a shared history, cultural bonds, and deep-rooted familial ties across borders, it is both our moral and humanitarian responsibility to foster dialogue, understanding, and mutual respect. We firmly believe that only through peaceful means can we overcome the long-standing challenges and mistrust that have affected the region for decades.

Peace is not merely the absence of war—it is the presence of justice, equitable progress, and compassionate coexistence. We support initiatives that encourage people-to-people contact, cross-cultural exchanges, joint economic ventures, and diplomatic efforts that prioritize the well-being of citizens on both sides.

Violence and conflict have cost countless lives and hindered development. The future of South Asia depends on the ability of its nations to build bridges, not barriers. We call upon governments, civil society, media, and the international community to champion dialogue over division and cooperation over confrontation.

HEYAM DUKHAM ANAGATAM is the teaching of yoga. Prevent the further possible spreading of violence and destruction through taking the approach of yoga. Only peace can bring peace and no war ever solved any problem.

Together, we can write a new chapter—one defined not by rivalry but by partnership, not by hostility but by harmony.

Amadio Bianchi is the President and Founder Member of the European Yoga Federation, the Founder of the World Yoga and Ayurveda Community, President of the World Movement for Yoga and Ayurveda, of the International School of Yoga and Ayurveda C.Y. Surya, Vice President of the International Yog Confederation of New Delhi, a Founding member of the European Ayurveda Association, Advisor of the United Consciousness Global, Member of Global Council of Hindu Leaders, National Coordinator for Italy of the Hindu Acarya Saba.

In January 2014 in Dubai for an important international conference, he was awarded the title of Ambassador of Yoga and Ayurveda.

Dr. Vikrant Singh Tomar is a globally acknowledged scholar, writer, and management consultant hailing from Mahankal Nagri, Ujjain, India. His primary focus of research lies in Ancient Spiritual wisdom and its intersection with modern living. Dr. Tomar holds the position of Director at Project Self Inc. USA, serves as the Convener of "United Consciousness Global," and holds a Board membership with the European Yoga Federation and the Spiritual Council of Africa.

An esteemed speaker, Dr. Tomar had the honor of addressing the United Nations Headquarters in Geneva on the International Day of Conscience. He is a senior lecturer at Collegium Medicum at Jan Długosz University in Poland.

He is a graduate of the renowned Kaival-yad-hama Yoga Institute (D.Y.Ed.), University of Cincinnati, Ohio, USA (B.Sc.), Banaras Hindu University (M.P.Ed,), the University of Rajasthan (M.Phil,), and Jozef Pilsudski University of Physical Education (Ph.D.).

For many years he has been practicing yoga with famous yoga researchers, yogis, gurus and saints of India. He visited India over 30 times and spent over 10 years there.

He presented many well-received articles on yoga techniques at international conferences in Poland, India, Germany and USA.

He is the author of over 70 scientific papers in international journals and three books on yoga: “Effects of Suryanamaskar”, “Suryanamaskar-Sun Salutations” and “Hygienic-cum-Therapeutic Techniques of Yoga”. He is currently working on his habilitation (D.Litt.) at Jan Długosz University in Poland.

JAVIER ORTIZ CABREJOS, PERU

Javier Ji started practicing Yogasanas at a very early stage ; Today he is a teacher of Transcendental Meditation and President of the Maharishi Institute of Vedic Science and Technology of Peru.

He holds a Postgraduate Degree in Vedic Architecture from the Maharishi European Research University in the Netherlands and India and has a Postgraduate Degree in Architecture and Sustainable Urbanism from the University Of Salamanca, Spain.

As a speaker on human development issues, he has lectured at universities and institutions in more than 30 countries. He has developed educational projects introducing meditation and yoga in universities and schools in Brazil, in Columbia. and Perú. He led a project started in 1998 teaching Transcendental Meditation, TM Sidhi and Yogasanas in more than 85 schools in Peru where these techniques have been taught to more than 65 thousand students.

Javier is also a poet and has always been related to the experience of the Self since his young age.

In 1998 he received the World Medal of Merit from the Maharishi University of Management in the Netherlands from Maharishi Mahesh Yogi himself for his work , creating meditation coherence groups in Peruvian schools. In that same year the Ricardo Palma University of Peru awarded him the ### Anniversary Medal for being an outstanding alumnus and a reference person for the university community.

As a researcher, he has inspired and authored papers published at the Journal of Indian Psychology, Journal of Latinos and Education, Journal Educación from Catholic University from Perú and others.

The title of his lecture is: “RECENT RESEARCH ON MEDITATION AND YOGA IN SCHOOLS IN PERU”.
