I want to start with a question that i’ve heard 1000 times: How many eggs can i eat per week?
The truth is that there is not a single, simple answer to this question. We have to take into account two main factors: the cooking of this food, and the familiar hypercolesterolaemia.
In fact, drink egg whites and raw eggs every day is not a good idea, because it might cause the deficiency of biotin (a vitamin).
The other factor, the hypercolesterolaemia, consists in the production of cholesterol even if we take plenty of it through the food. In this case, we have to limit the intake of eggs, sugar, and satured fat.
In conclusion, check regularly your blood status, and if it is everything under control, take it easy! 🥚🍳
