Malin got into daycare while we were away which made me soak up the time with him even more than I had already intended. We likely won’t have him there all the time, but the opportunity to focus on work again is something I am really excited about.

Having all of this uninterrupted time in his first year has been incredible (also super challenging at times) - with all of the changes, the cross-country move, new activities, and work. We have all been riding the learning curve and have been so happy doing it together. So thankful for all of this time with my boy.💙

We did it. We moved cross-country with our little guy. Nobody is sleeping but we are getting dressed for the day, eating well, and somehow bathing too. And best of all, he’s generous with the giggles. Love my guy.🥰❤️

Crouching Mom, Not So Hidden Baby🌿🤰🏻

Now that we’re settling into the temporary home we will be in when the baby arrives, I have been feeling so much better and able to enjoy this pregnancy! I’ve been more active (which I LIVE for💦) and have been feeling so much lighter. The instinct is real - to create a nest and gather items you need for your little one. It was so hard for me to relax and enjoy this summer as we were waiting on our housing situation to resolve.

Excited to share and experience this time after preparing with all of my doula mamas over the years!💕
