The best thing happened tonight! During my first class back to teaching yoga in almost six years, it started 🌧 ☔️ Everyone continued during the standing sequence and we enjoyed the rain at first. However after we were nice and wet, we went inside for the final relaxation. The dharma topic was tolerance, and it couldn't have been more perfect. A community has formed!! I had such a great time and I'm so thankful for this group of yogis, especially our host 》 More classes coming soon!

Hello 41 ☀️ As I turn the page and start a new chapter I must first reflect on the joys of the last year.

I ran a freakin marathon! 🏃🏼‍♀️ I trained day after day, running at the parks. 🌳 I gave up fasting and started tracking my macros to properly fuel myself. 🥑 I fell in love with myself and my body. ❤️ I started taking my finaces seriously and opened an online health store (ask me for details!) 💰 I took hundreds of Bikram Yoga classes to increase my leg strength and overall flexibility, while working on focus and concentration. 🕉 I gave up alcohol.🍸 I learned how to properly show love and affection for my partner and friends... 🫂 and I most importantly, increased the joy in the my life in every way possible. ✌️

This next year I want to do more of what I love with the people who love me. More running, yoga, health, love and happiness 😊
