Sometimes, it's as simple as getting started.

That may be the thing that is holding you back: Your reluctance to start something new.

The 1st step doesn't have to be so scary. Take a small step, dip your toe in the water.

Or to be more specific, if you're thinking about being fitter or healthier, take a walk today. 🚶

Or add a serving of vegetables to your dinner. 🥦🥦

Then tomorrow, take another small step. All of a sudden, you are making progress!

Got Goals?

2024 is almost here.

The beginning of a new year is always a good time to examine what you want to accomplish for yourself.

If you have BIG goals, that’s great! But remember, your goals do not have to be super ambitious if you don’t want them to be.

Maybe you have a very specific idea of where you want to be in 3, 6, 12 months, but then again, maybe you just want to move and feel a bit better.

Either way, I am here to support you in 2024, let me know what your health & fitness goals are.

So, what is flexible dieting anyway?

I don’t even love the term diet, but essentially it is a way of maintaining the flexibility to eat the foods you love while being able to achieve your fitness goals.

Now, am I saying you should have pizza & ice cream for every meal? Of course not.

What I AM saying is that you can enjoy the “guilty” pleasures from time to time without feeling guilty, and while still making positive progress towards your goals.

Being able to continue to enjoy the things you love will help you sustain your efforts for longer as well.

So, flexible dieting may not be the answer for everyone, but if you think it makes sense, maybe it’s for you!

If you are having a hard time seeing the positive, that’s ok, do one small thing today you can build on tomorrow!!
