We are pleased to welcome Maureen Francis, RN as the Wellness Director of Brandywine Moorestown Estates.

Maureen brings a wealth of clinical experience and a deep passion for caring for others. Originally from Kingston, Jamaica, Maureen moved to the United States at a young age and pursued a career in nursing, first becoming a Licensed Practical Nurse and later earning her Registered Nurse credentials.

Throughout her career, Maureen has worked across hospital, long-term care, and assisted living settings, where she has developed a strong commitment to supporting the health, comfort, and well-being of older adults. Her compassionate approach and dedication to service are evident in all that she does.

Maureen’s journey has also taken her across three continents through voluntary missionary work, serving those less fortunate — an experience she considers one of her greatest privileges.

Outside of work, Maureen enjoys spending time with her two sons, daughters-in-law, and five “grandsugars.” She looks forward to her time at Brandywine Moorestown and is excited for the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of residents and their families.

Today we are celebrating Care Manager Asna, who was recognized by resident Cathy for her extraordinary care and kindness.
Cathy shared that Asna consistently goes the extra mile to make sure she feels supported and cared for. Even on days when Cathy isn’t on her assignment, Asna still stops by to check in and see how she’s doing, a small gesture that means so much.
Thank you, Asna, for the heart you bring to your work and for the difference you make in our residents’ lives every day.
