On Saturday afternoon, we enjoyed a wonderful presentation on bone and joint health by Marcus Ramos, RN, BSN, Admissions Nurse with
Visionary Health Group .

Marcus delivered an engaging and informative session covering bone health, osteopenia, osteoporosis, and helpful preventative measures. We had a full house, and residents were eager to participate and ask questions afterward.

We look forward to hosting more educational programs with Marcus and Visionary Health Group in the future!

Cooking with Class: Smashing Pumpkins! 🎃

At Brandywine Princeton by Monarch, our Memory Care residents recently enjoyed a hands-on “Cooking with Class” session — Smashing Pumpkins! From baking pumpkin muffins to roasting pumpkin with cranberry raisins and brown sugar, the aromas of cinnamon and fall filled the air.

Resident Dave even brought out his vintage vinyl collection, creating the perfect backdrop of nostalgia as everyone enjoyed their homemade treats. These moments of connection and creativity remind us why engaging the senses — taste, smell, sound, and memory — is so meaningful in Memory Care.

Today at Brandywine Princeton by Monarch, we hosted our Breast Cancer Awareness Fundraiser, featuring a bake sale and our Fall themed Raffle Baskets! Thanks to the incredible generosity of our residents, families, and team members, we raised almost $500, with all proceeds benefiting Cure Breast Cancer Foundation of New Jersey.

Thank you to everyone who participated and helped us support such an important cause! 🎀

Residents of Brandywine Princeton by Monarch had a spooktacular adventure today as we strolled through Peddler’s Village in Pennsylvania! 🎃 It was a cool, crisp morning, but the sun was nice and warm. We explored the charming streets and admired all of the unique scarecrows — each year, they host a Scarecrow Festival, and this year’s displays were amazing! After our brisk walk, everyone worked up an appetite, so we headed to Tomato Pie Pizzeria for some of the best pizza we’ve had in a long time. It was a great day full of fun, friends, and fall spirit!

Our Bake Sale for Breast Cancer Awareness Month is happening this Saturday from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. here at Brandywine Princeton by Monarch!

We’ll have plenty of delicious homemade treats and a festive fall-themed basket up for raffle — all to support a wonderful cause.
