Cinco de Mayo this year was a huge hit at Reflections! The “See and Eat” Club whipped up Vinny’s wife’s recipe for guacamole. Needless to say it was a huge hit that stunned the audience with its delicious savory flavor. All of the residents had so much fun during the party right after.

Last week, continuing with the Cinco de Mayo festivities, Reflections residents once again joined their Toms River Brandywine friends for a delicious lunch, this time at Margaritas Restaurant. Residents enjoyed delicious fajitas and drooled over fried ice cream. Who could resist?

Happy Mother’s Day!
Brandywine Reflections would like to give a huge thanks to all the mom’s out there and also thank everybody who attended our Mother’s Day Connections event this past Wednesday.
This party was so lovely and special, definitely one for the books. Family and friends gathered to celebrate all of our beautiful mothers. Chef Derrick made a delicious meal, once again impressing everybody with his tremendous talent. We were dazzled by such a beautiful performance by our friend, Dennis Palma who introduced his award-winning Photo Booth to our residents. As you can see from all the beautiful photos, residents, families, and even team members had such a great time with all the props and taking such memorable photos. What a great day of fun!
