Our local groundhog joined our residents during the “Buckeye Shooting Range” although not in a way he was happy about! Even some of our grandkids joined in on the fun. Last week, Reflections residents joined Duna in celebrating her 101st birthday! Our Life Enrichment Director Vinny wanted to cook Duna a delicious Italian pasta dish, pasta zozzona. Duna was delighted, but couldn’t just stand there and watch—she had to be part of the action and insisted on helping out. Soon after, Duna was joined by her family who helped us sing “Happy Birthday” and eat cake! She had such a wonderful day surrounded by her friends and family.

It might be frigid outside but at Reflections, it is nice and warm with love. On Saturday, we celebrated our “Warm Winter Memories” Family Connections Event. We enjoyed delicious appetizers and dessert treats. Everyone forgot about the cold and rocked out with beloved musician, Dan Herrmann. After the festivities, we followed our annual Brandywine tradition—a big indoor snowball fight. It was such a winter blast! Thank you to everyone who came!
