Nurses Week is wrapping up, and we couldn't let it end without saying this:
What our nurses do every single day is extraordinary. Managing complex medical needs, building real relationships with our kiddos, and showing up with skill and with heart. Not because it's easy. Because someone needs them to.
That is not just a job. That is a calling.
To every nurse on our Star Pediatrics team: thank you. For the early mornings, the careful hands, the way you remember the little things nobody asked you to remember. Our families trust you with the most important people in their lives, and you show up for that every single day.
We see you. We are so grateful for you.
