🚨 Meningitis B Vaccine Update 🚨

We are currently receiving a high volume of enquiries regarding the Meningitis B vaccine, following ongoing concerns about cases in the UK.

⚠️ Please note that we do not currently have any stock of the private Meningitis B vaccine.

💉 The Meningitis B vaccine has been part of the routine childhood immunisation programme since 2015 for children under the age of 2. Children born before this time would not have routinely received the vaccine.

🔄 We will continue to keep you updated as the situation develops.

Due to staff sickness 🤒, our Town Branch on New Street will be closing early today at 10:30am.

✅ Our St Martin branch remains open as normal until 12:00pm.

🌟 Exciting News – Welcome Dr Andra Clarke-Smith! 🌟

We are thrilled to welcome Dr Andra Clarke-Smith M.D., MRCGP to our team at St Martin’s in Jersey!

Dr Clarke-Smith joined us after completing her GP training in the UK, having gained valuable experience working in Nottingham and Yorkshire. Before this, she trained in rheumatology and anaesthetics in Romania, developing expertise in acute care, chronic disease management, and patient support — providing a strong foundation for general practice.

Her clinical interests include rheumatology and lifestyle medicine, and she loves helping patients make practical, positive changes to improve their health and wellbeing.

Dr Clarke-Smith is multilingual, speaking English, Romanian, Spanish, and French, and she is currently learning Italian. Outside of work, she enjoys travelling, reading, watching rom-coms, and spending time with her young family.
