We feel like with just a bit of positivity, a bit of doing something nice for yourself, makes such a huge difference!

Our aim at Sunflower Souls 💛🌻 is to make everyone feel special, it gives them the start that they really need to start doing self-care, they are hampers which include a variation of really nice positive things all together in one, so that people don’t have to guess what to get or run around here, there and everywhere to find what they need to be accumulating to look after themselves.

When I personally first started, I was so confused and didn’t know what to do with self-care, I didn’t even know what self-care was. But I can assure you, that we do strongly believe that self-care can improve the lives of just about anyone, even if it is just that tiny little bit of happiness. Even you! 😊 (They’re cheaper than flowers these days! 😂✅☺️💐)

✨We ALSO have our amazing! 🧡💜💛 teen self-care station! 😊🌈🌼💕🌸✨ Especially for Teenagers, As a Teenager it’s such an easy misconception that you are FULL of Energy! When in actual case, you’ve been running round school all day, going to each class, making sure you’re not late or you’ve done your Homework or Studying for each individual Lesson. 🤣🥹✍🏼

To be honest guys... School is not easy, it’s where you are thrown into the deep end and just told to swim! To try and discover who you are, what you like, who you want to be friends with, who you don’t want to be friends with etc. It’s where you Grow, Learn,Build inner strength for day-to-day life. It gets better, I promise! SO much better! 🥰🌻💛🫶🏽✨

That’s why we have created by us Teen Self-Care Exercises! 💖These are very personal guided Exercises with support which i am SOOO happy with, tried and tested! ✔️🥹🎉 AND LOVED MAY WE ADD!!! 🤣🌻❤️

All made with love and filled of self care goodness! 🌈😇💖💚We have the New Moon on Sunday, which if you’re feeling a bit emotionally fueled, a bit out of sorts and evening confused! 🤣🧡💛 rest asoured the emotional turbulence will settle down next week. 🙏🏽😇🌙✨

Give yourself a break, do some “me time” (selfcare 🤣💖🫶🏽) and just take it easy on yourself, there’s no need for hateful actions, words of feelings towards yourself. Be your own teammate, show yourself some love, get that dinner you’re craving, treat yo self to that cute plant on your food shop, take a walk on the beach, dip your toes, watch your fave series or even just take a nice bubble bath! 🌸🥰🛁 just take extra care of yourself this week. 🙌🏽

💛🌻☀️Simple Sunday Reminders! 🪐🌈🌸
💕⏳Food for thought 🧠🌻💭 You don’t have to do it all at once… the one that I love, the most is UNLEARNING as this is just as an important as learning, we grow up with the ideas and ways that we have to do things.

We are never stuck in doing something the same way for the rest of our lives, change is one the most beautiful parts of life. It’s the most powerful thing that you can have in this world. Because it allows you to blossom into the human being, you are actually meant to be, rather than what and who you think you should be.

Don’t ever think that you’re too old to change, or that you’re too stuck in your ways, or that it’s too hard.  no one ever said it was easy, but I guarantee you every single one will tell you that it’s worth it. 🙏🏽🌈💛

I’m still on my journey now, I’m loving my journey and I’m proud of my growth. I’m still building my self-confidence, but it’s a hell of a lot more than it used to be. I can tell you that for free! The realisation that we don’t have to be angry ourselves is a beautiful thing, when you let that go, you gain a type of respect for yourself, you never thought you would even dream of.

Have your back, be your biggest cheerleader, push yourself, give yourself the benefit of the doubt. Why can’t you go for that job? Why can’t you wear those Crocs? (Life is better in Crocs🤣🫶🏽😜) be you, be who YOU want to be. Start believing in yourself, accepting yourself for who you are, and learning to be in a team with yourself. Everything else will follow. 🤗🤍💭
