Soma - Kinetic Therapy Throughout her teaching career, Henrietta has helped those with many different ailments and conditions.

Improve and alleviate physical, health and mental well-being by applying Soma Therapy practices and techniques, aligning the unique and precise health needs of each individual all in a non-invasive and complementary manner. These include people with sports injuries, spinal injuries, postural problems and has extensive experience teaching people with a variety of ailments/conditions such as those w

ith cardiovascular and respiratory disorders, neurological disorders, musculoskeletal problems, metabolic disorders, quality of life for those with cancer, stress, depression and the management of pain. Henrietta has studied Anatomy, Physiology and Pathology under the guidance of a respected surgeon from Berlin. She is also practicing and studying Kinetic Therapy and has completed Kinesiology TFH 1, 2, 3 & 4 with an experienced and knowledgeable teacher from Australia. She has completed courses in Cranio Sacral Therapy, Traditional Thai Massage and continues her studies in Kinetic Therapy. Henrietta offers a safe space for people to rediscover the innate wisdom within and uses a combination of breath work, somatic movement education, yoga, kinesiology, CST, dialogue suitable for those who feel that they have a specific issue, be it emotional, physical or physiological as the sessions are tailored to suit the individuals needs with the aim in helping to improve one's quality of life, and preventing further problems.
