Sun’s out, mats out ☀️🧘‍♀️🌿🧘
Roll them out and let’s get twisting, stretching, breathing, moving and unwinding together under the open sky.

Our first Nourishing Flow of the season is finally happening on St Martin’s Village Green this Tuesday at 6.15 pm ✨

Birdsong in the background, sky above your head, grass beneath your feet, and hopefully that feeling of your whole body slowly exhaling after a long day.

We will flow, wiggle, breathe deeply, maybe stare at the clouds a little during Savasana and simply enjoy being outdoors again together 💚

Please do bring warm layers, May sunshine can be a little deceptive around here 😄 It can get chilly once the body cools down, especially during relaxation, so cosy socks, hoodies, blankets, all encouraged.

No booking needed. Just show up 🌱

£5 payment on the day (cash, Revolut or bank transfer, whatever works for you).

Let’s start the alfresco yoga season together ☀️

SLAPPING YOUR WRISTS TO DO LESS 😅
I’m reading Big Magic by Elizabeth Gilbert at the moment, and it talks about how humans secretly love suffering… and I think many of us secretly love being busy too 😄

This week the weather completely rearranged my outdoor plans, and instead of resting gracefully, my brain immediately started offering me:
– new yoga ideas
– house projects
– admin jobs
– “quick little tasks” that somehow become 5-hour missions 🤪

I genuinely had to stop myself from turning rest into another productivity project. Whilst mentally wrestling myself to the ground, I kept hearing something .temple_ said to me months ago:
“Sometimes not doing the thing IS the investment.”

✨ NOT DOING THE PROJECT IS INVESTMENT IN YOUR REST ✨Mantra for the week 🕉️

And luckily, after all the wind, rain and drama, it finally looks like the sun is showing up ☀️ Which means we can finally take movement back outside. Fresh air. Grass under our feet. Sea breeze. Giggles. Breathing. Stretching. Community 🌱

🔥✨ SUMMER SOLSTICE YOGA 🌞🧘‍♀️
I’m offering a FREE community event to honour the light and welcome the new season, and you are invited 🌱🌻

🗓 Friday 19 June 2026
🕕 6.00 pm – 7.15 pm
📍 Gorey Beach
📲 Book in my bio

I love celebrating the seasons with community, and I hope you can join us for a special Summer Solstice yoga practice - a day to reflect, flow, breathe and exchange energy during the longest days of the year 🌞

This community event to celebrate summer is an invitation to connect with Agni, the energy of fire, cultivating warmth, clarity, and intention. Through gentle movement, breath, and stillness, we will honour what has passed and open space for what is to come.

There is something powerful about practising together at this time - sharing energy, presence, and quiet reflection as another season turns. This is my annual FREE event, offered with love to the community ❤️

Please book your space via link in my bio so I can be mindful of numbers and hold the space for everyone.

Suitable for all levels. No prior yoga experience is needed.

🌦 Please note: This session is weather dependent. Updates are shared in my profile and via WhatsApp — please message me to join the group 📲

**Work with what you’ve got today**
The last 10 days have felt like one long lesson in acceptance 🌦️😅 In my head, this weekend was supposed to be the beginning of our outdoor yoga season: grass under our feet, beach mornings, sunshine, fresh air, a new little chapter after a long winter. Instead, the weather had other plans 🤪

What caught me off guard was the pressure and restlessness that came with changing those plans, that feeling of somehow letting people down and overthinking everybody’s reaction, even though none of us controls the skies.

I think it hits harder because life is already so structured for all of us. Diaries full, plans made, timings coordinated between work, family, responsibilities, exhaustion. When one thing shifts unexpectedly, it can feel as though everything starts wobbling.

Years ago, I probably would have waited until the very last minute hoping the forecast would magically change, apologising to everyone repeatedly and carrying guilt that was never really mine to carry.

Heres my mantra for the day: work with what you have got today 🌱

I met a friend on the beach today while the sun was shining and could not help laughing at the irony of it. Of course today would have been perfect for yoga 😅🏖️🧘‍♀️

Somewhere between rearranging venues, editing posts, messaging people, updating bookings and trying to make sure nobody ends up standing alone in a wet field, I caught myself resisting reality instead of simply meeting it.

The intention for yoga is moving the body, calming the mind, reconnecting. Sometimes that happens outside under the sky. Other times it is stretching quietly at home, a brisk walk, a hot bath with meditation in your ears, feasting your eyes on spring blooms, or stepping into a completely different class or space you never expected to enjoy.

Different tools, same intention.
Work with what you’ve got today 🙏

🌅✨ SUNSET YIN + MEDITATION + SEA SWIM 🌊🧘‍♀️

Slow, grounding and deeply calming by the sea
🗓 Monday 25 May 2026 (Bank Holiday)
🕕 6.00 pm – 7.15/30 pm
📍 Gorey Long Beach

Ease into your Bank Holiday evening with a soft, Yin & Restorative yoga practice by the water 🌊

This is our time to slow down, release what we have been holding on to and gently melt into a quiet space. Expect longer-held, nourishing stretches, quiet pauses, meditative moments with the sound of the sea and sunset views.

The waves will be there - calm, fresh, inviting. You are welcome to stay for a dip after practice if it calls to you, totally optional, a beautiful way to seal the experience and reset.

A moment to exhale, unwind, and prepare for the week ahead feeling lighter, calmer, and more grounded.

Suitable for all levels. No prior yoga experience is needed.

Pricing: £10 per person

** Weather dependent, could be moved to another day in case of rain or strong winds.

INTENTION
Behind every practice is intention: to get the blood flowing, calm your mind, ground scattered energy, step away from noise, or anything in between!

Let the intention for the coming week be simple: restore your energy 🔋
- unplug from tasks and endless to-do lists
- notice and honour your body
- get curious about how you feel, move, respond
Perhaps give yourself a little space to come home, to land.

Here’s what’s coming up this week - if the sun keeps being kind to us 🤞🤞

I would love to see you on the mat and am excited about building and growing our community 🧘‍♀️☀️🧘
