✨ONLY TWO SPACES LEFT✨
I’m so happy to share one of our most loved and popular seasonal gatherings, and there are only TWO spaces left after this was offered to members of our Heartcore WhatsApp group.

SPRING EQUINOX: A SEASON TO RENEW 🌱🪻🪷
Slow Flow • Fascia Release • Breath • Reflection • New Intentions
🗓 Saturday, 21 March
⏰ 10.00–12.00
📍 The Studio, The Moorings Hotel
📲 Booking in my bio (or message for help)

Spring Equinox: A Season to Renew is a heart-led, nourishing 2-hour workshop designed to gently guide you out of winter layers and into the fresh, expansive energy of spring. This is time to reconnect with your body, and consciously set new intentions with clarity and care. In spring we want to listen, soften, and allow new energy to emerge in its own time.

🌱 Reflection & intention setting
We begin by acknowledging the seasonal shift, creating space for reflection and setting intentions aligned with what you are ready to grow this spring.

🌱 Fascia release & body wake-up
Gentle, mindful fascia release using props to help ease winter stiffness, improve circulation, and reawaken areas of the body that may feel heavy or stagnant.

🌱 Slow, nourishing yoga flow
A steady, accessible flow supporting mobility, digestion, and vitality, guided with softness and choice so you can move at your own pace.

🌱 Breathwork for renewal & balance
Grounding and cleansing breathing practices woven throughout the session to calm the nervous system and invite clarity and lightness.

🌱 Deep rest & integration
We close with guided relaxation and a restorative Savasana, allowing the body and mind to settle into a sense of ease and balance.

This workshop is suitable for all levels. No previous yoga experience is needed, you are warmly welcome exactly as you are 🙏

Your body is carrying more than you realise…
I’m not sharing this as a yoga teacher who has it all figured out - I’m sharing it as a mother of two, someone who works at a desk, worries, overthinks, and often feels like she’s carrying the weight of the world on her shoulders.

This week we have been exploring the theme of embodied healing, inspired by the idea behind “The Body Keeps the Score”. The truth is, our bodies hold the story of our whole lives - the stress, the responsibility, the pressure to keep going. It shows up in our breath, in tight shoulders, restless sleep, and in that background tension we can’t always explain.

I know what it feels like when the mind starts creating stories around those sensations - Why am I like this? Why can’t I relax? And I also know how rare it is to actually stop, go still, and listen without trying to fix ourselves.

In genuine yoga practice, we don’t muscle it in. We try to soften. We allow the body to release in its own time, when it finally feels safe enough to let go.

I’m inviting you to Restore & Nurture yoga class this Sunday at 10.15 am at The Studio. This class is never about just becoming more flexible or doing yoga “properly.” I would like you to give your body a break from holding everything together! I’m one of you - I hear you, I see you - and I want to offer a space where we can all soften, be supported by props, and find a place to land, safely 🤍

🧘‍♀️✨ Yin & Restorative Yoga – Friday Evenings ✨🧘‍♀️
6.15-7.15 pm | Grouville Parish Hall

If your body feels tight…
If your mind won’t switch off…
If the week has left you feeling heavy, rushed, or overstimulated…

This class is your permission to slow all the way down. A deeply nourishing Yin & Restorative practice, where we will use props to gently expand, lengthen and support the body, allowing tension to melt away.
- Long, comfortable holds
- Plenty of props to feel held and safe
- Soft, grounding movement
- Slow, soothing breathing
- Meditative pauses to help your nervous system settle

This is a space to land, to let the body exhale, and to allow the mental chatter of the week to fade into the background. A gentle transition from doing… into being. From busyness… into peace.

Leave feeling lighter, calmer, more spacious, and happy to step into your weekend.

✨ Drop-in welcome (£14)
✨ Block of 4 available for February (£44)

Allowing your body to move freely… while respecting its boundaries 🤍 Our Nourishing Flow on Tuesdays at St. Martin Public Hall is exactly that.

Tuesday | 6:15 pm
🧘‍♀️ Nourishing Flow – St Martin’s Public Hall

A slow, fluid practice where we move with awareness and intention. Straightforward transitions and familiar poses — because yoga doesn’t have to be fancy, funky, or advanced to truly serve your body. As movement flows with the breath, something subtle happens…

A quiet, meditative state - bringing balance to your body, your mind, and your entire nervous system.

What I love most is the community. It’s become a little hub - a place to arrive after a day of work, share a few chats, connect, then flow together. We breathe, we stretch it all out, we soften… and leave feeling lighter, happier, and gently set up for the rest of the week.

**Come join us **
Spaces usually fill quite fast, so check out the booking schedule in my bio and book your spot. Monthly blocks (+discounts) and drop-in options available. Open to all levels, beginners are always welcome.

And if you have any questions at all, just message me, I’m always happy to help.

Come as you are. Move gently. Breathe deeply. Feel nourished.

Today’s energy honestly couldn’t be more powerful! A Full Moon and Imbolc arriving together, and you might already feel it 🔥❤️‍🔥

The Snow Moon symbolism is that this time of year can feel heavy and slow, asking us to pace ourselves, protect our energy, and stop forcing things that aren’t ready yet! 🌓

Imbolc is that in-between moment — not quite winter, not yet spring — when something inside you quietly starts to shift. An idea, a feeling, a knowing that change is coming… even if you are not acting on it just yet 🌱

Let’s not make big moves right now or go through some dramatic transformation. We should use this time to prepare, listen, and gently root down - so we are ready to bloom when the time is right 🌸

If you’d like to move through this transition with support, I’d love to meet you on the mat (booking in my bio 📲)

To all busy and tired people out there ❤️ There are a few spaces left in two deeply regulating yoga classes this weekend created especially for busy nervous systems.

✨ Tonight, Friday – Yin & Restorative
🕕 6:15 pm, Grouville
A slow, supported practice designed to signal safety to the nervous system. Through long-held, comfortable shapes and mindful breathing, we will work with the fascia and deeper tissues to release habitual tension in the shoulders, spine and hips, the places we often hold stress without realising. This class is about switching off the constant “on” mode, allowing the body to soften, exhale, and reset.

✨ Sunday – Restore & Nurture NOW FULL (**waiting list)
🕙 10:15 am, The Studio, Moorings Hotel
A deeply calming practice focused on self-regulation helping the nervous system move out of fight-or-flight and into rest-and-digest. Expect gentle movement, supportive holds and conscious rest to help the body let go of what it’s been carrying and restore inner balance.

Both classes are an invitation to slow the pace, quiet the noise, and come back to yourself 🫠💆‍♀️🧘‍♀️
February block options are available and offer a lovely discount if you’d like to keep supporting your nervous system regularly.
Please book in the Bookwhen link in my bio 📲
