**A little update — some changes to our Tuesday Nourishing Flow classes this April**

We are moving into a new (but very familiar!) space… and continuing these beautiful, feel-good evenings together 😌🧘‍♀️🧘‍♂️

Nourishing Flow is your time to slow down, soften, and reconnect. A gentle, heart-led practice with calming breathwork, fluid movement, and deep, nourishing stretches to release tension and bring your whole body back into balance.

Think soft lighting, soothing music, and that grounded exhale you didn’t know you needed… 🌙

🗓 Tuesdays: 14th, 21st & 28th April
⏰ 6.15–7.15 pm
📍 Grouville Parish Hall

✨ No class on 7th April (taking time off to settle after my house move!)
✨ Next Tuesday 31st March is still at St Martin’s!

Sometimes we think the more advanced, complex or “fancy” the practice, the greater the benefit …but yoga actually reminds us otherwise!

The deepest shifts often come from the simplest things: your breath, your awareness and real presence in the room, simple transitions, movements and poses.

It’s time to reflect, and it does not mean to be all positive or fake or pretending you do not see/feel the obvious. But there’s also an invitation to think WHY we do it (because we all do it, let’s be real 😁☝️)…

You’re allowed to begin again, even quietly.
This time of year is about clearing space and choosing better.

Less noise.
More clarity.
More truth.

And somewhere in all of that - more LOVE 🫶 ❤️

I struggle every single time I go into this pose.�“It’s happening… or is it?”�“I’m done.”�…and then, somehow, I try again.
Isn’t that just life?

We step into things we know are hard. We feel the resistance, the doubt, the discomfort. And still… we choose to go there.

Like stepping out of our comfort zone, facing something we’d rather avoid, mothers choosing to give birth again, knowing exactly what it takes!

Deep down, we trust: we are strong enough, we can meet ourselves there, it will pass (the biggest one for me!)

And also we get to choose how.�Our pace. Our version. Our edge.

Everything we practice on the mat… we carry into our lives. Raw. Real. Repeated.

With guidance from the incredible Clara on her platform - I trust her with any sort of yoga/life pretzel! 🥨😁🧘‍♀️

Spring has such a strange feeling…
The sun appears and suddenly the soul wants to fly - create, move, live, wear T-shirts again ☀️🍃🌸

But the wind is still cold, the body is still a little sluggish from winter, and if we rush the season too quickly… we end up with those annoying little “post-winter blitz” colds 🤧It’s like the spirit is ready for spring, but the body is asking for a slower transition 😴

This weekend we will honour that space “in between”:

🌱🧘‍♀️Friday – Yin & Restorative yoga (Grouville Parish Hall at 6.15 pm)
🍃🧘Sunday – Restore & Nurture yoga class (The Studio at The Moorings Hotel at 10.15am)

Both classes will focus on supporting the body through this seasonal shift: grounding, softening winter fatigue, and allowing energy to rise gently. If your body feels inspired… but also a little tired… I’ve got you ❤️ Come land on the mat with us…

Good news… and even better news 💫

Last night I offered my two new workshops “Body Reset for the Change of Seasons” in April to our Heartcore WhatsApp group, and the response was incredible!

Upper Body Reset —Sunday 12 April�(neck, shoulders, chest, back and arms) �(FULLY BOOKED, waitlist available, message me)

Lower Body Reset — Sunday 26 April�(hips, glutes, legs and feet) (Only last 4 spaces remaining)

Many of you know that over the past months I’ve been training in Yin yoga and Myofascial release, and I must say this training has completely fascinated me. The effects these techniques can have on the body are quite incredible. It often feels like giving yourself a deep tissue massage from the inside out!

This two-part workshop series is designed to help release built-up tension, restore mobility, and create a feeling of space and ease in the body as we move into the new season.

When fascia becomes tight or dehydrated (which easily happens through desk work, stress, repetitive movement, or intense training), it can create stiffness, restriction and that familiar feeling of needing a really good massage.

During these two workshops we will use massage balls and apply special techniques for deep pressure to targeted areas of the body. Some of the techniques can feel quite intense, similar to deep tissue massage, but once the pressure is released the body often responds with a remarkable sense of spaciousness and relief.

After all this fiery work, we will transition into longer pampering yin and restorative yoga holds with grounding breath and relaxation, allowing the body and nervous system to fully soften and integrate the release.
