Symptoms to Watch For

Lumps: A new lump or swelling in your breast, chest, or armpit.

Skin Changes: Dimpling, redness, or scaling of the skin on your breast or ni**le.

Ni**le Changes: Discharge (especially if bloody) or an inverted ni**le that turns inward.

Shape or Size Changes: A sudden, unexplained change in the shape or size of one or both breasts.

Persistent Pain: Pain in your breast or armpit that does not go away.

A breast self-exam that you do for breast awareness helps you understand the normal look and feel of your breasts. If you notice a change in your breasts that seems abnormal or if you notice one breast is different when compared with the other, you can report it to your doctor.

The primary purpose of a Pap smear is to detect changes in the cells of the cervix that could lead to cervical cancer. It can also help identify infections, inflammation, and other conditions. A Pap smear is generally a quick and relatively painless procedure where a sample of cells is collected from the cervix to test. There may be some discomfort, but it shouldn't be painful. Influenza or the “flu” is an acute viral infection of the respiratory tract (nose, throat and lungs) that spreads easily from person to person. Influenza viruses spread mainly by coughing, sneezing and close contact. The viruses circulate worldwide and can affect anybody in any age group. Symptoms include fever/chills, sore throat, muscle aches, fatigue, cough, headache, and runny or stuffy nose.
Unlike the common cold that is often mild and limited to sneezing, runny nose and sore throat, symptoms of the flu are usually worse.

A urinary tract infection (UTI) is an infection in any part of the urinary system. The urinary system includes the kidneys, ureters, bladder and urethra. Most infections involve the lower urinary tract, the bladder and the urethra.
Women are at greater risk of developing a UTI than are men. If an infection is limited to the bladder, it can be painful and annoying. But serious health problems can result if a UTI spreads to the kidneys.
