We are here to facilitate the enhancement of the 8 dimensions of our well being; our first amazing project is supplying tablets and other electronics to students in need. Online Schooling is challenging, but it’s even harder for students without internet access/and devices. With this initiative, we are hoping to help wherever and however we can. We are in charge of our own well-being. So find what works and improves your mental state, and practice that a little bit every day. Whether that is reading a book 📖 ,enjoying a beach 🏖 day, taking a hot bath with some candles and 🎶 , going to the gym etc. Make sure you’re taking time for you – You deserve it!
