Be mindful of your housekeepers especially those who are up in age. Cooking, cleaning and ironing will be more stressful on the body. If they walk to and from to get to work take that into consideration. We are in the 2nd year of this INTENSE HEAT. Start being proactive as to how you will run your household during these months. If you wouldnt do it, dont expect someone else under these conditions to do it. Paying them isnt enough to endure sitting over a hot stove. Surely exhaustion and resentment will become added ingredients. Housekeepers are not MULES. They are human beings as well.
Be mindful when buying food on the road that persons are sweating profusely. Cross contamination will be higher, especially those who work in a bakery. I have only worked in one kitchen that had AC and exhaust fans :) May the force be with you !!!!
