Eating more fiber protects you from developing HEART DISEASES!

How?

According to the Mendelian randomization studies, LDL and heart disease has a liner correlation. This means that the more exposed to LDL you are you are more likely to develop heart diseases. LDLs are particles your body use fi transform cholesterols in the blood stream, coming mostly from what you an eat over deh. Your liver use Cholesterols fi make Bile acids fi help it fat digestion.

Fiber doesn’t directly tell the liver “make more bile acids.” Instead, by trapping bile acids and forcing their loss, fiber compels the liver to use up more cholesterol → which reduces LDL levels in blood.

Another reason my Blueprint emphasizes fiber as priority 2.

Every bite you take sends a signal — telling your body what to burn, what to store, what to build, and what to become.
