A case of female child 4 years old with repeated cough episodes, spasmodic and more at night , wakes her up with much phlegm till she vomits .
First remedy introduced helped temporarily , then cough recurred . Waited few day then introduced the similar remedy , automatically the cough stopped, child is sleeping all night with no recurrence for two months now 🙌🏽

An 8 year old child with Charcot Marie Tooth disease , discovered when he was 2 yrs old , wearing brace to be able to walk .
A brilliant child with extrovert character , very pleasant .
There is marasmus, emaciation ,malformations and deformities in legs . There is malfunction in esophagus where the child chokes while eating , sometimes dyspnea where he goes to the ER .
Two weeks of the chosen remedy and he feels less pain on walking , throat symptoms are much better , swallowing difficulty is better .
Will wait before he takes either repeat or change .

A case of silent long grief with Natrum muraticum symptoms , given Nat Mur 30 for few days in water as she is 3 rd group level of health 6-7, on the 6 Th day she developed eruptions on ankles for two days that were red as in the photo , remedy stopped , it took two other days for eruption to go .
Sleep is better, mood is better , appetite is better.
Waiting and watching for later follow up 🙌🏽
