Position: Market Access Officer
Hours: Full-time Regular
Location: Baghdad
Salary: Commensurate with required experience and qualifications

Division & Department Overview
The Market Access Officer is Ambassador whose provides close follow-up with overall strategic NASMA planning relative to both internal (with other functions) and external (both stakeholders & partners) communications.
Roles and Responsibilities:
● Close follow up with all relevant Iraqi Ministry of Health departments & headquarters in both physical & virtual (through mail) communications.
● Close follow-up with KIMADIA departments.
● follow-up on daily basis mail received and delivered to and from all sections of the Iraqi Ministry of Health
● Provide day-to-day busines reports referred to Head of Operations.
● Meetings with assigned MOH & KIMADIA department’s heads or general manager as per convenience.
Required Experience & Qualifications
● Bachelor’s degree required.
● Demonstrated high-quality writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
● Professional judgment demonstrated through a work and education history that supports the ability to multi-task and meet demanding assignments under tight deadlines in a team-oriented environment.
● one to three years’ work in health sector.
Desired Experience & Qualifications
● A strong background or interest in pursuing a career in communications, public health, or a related field.
● Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
● High comfort level with writing reports, analyzing and summarizing data from diverse sources, and ability to deliver work on a timeline.
● Comfort in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, outlook mail and related software.

المهام :
● المتابعة مع جميع إدارات ومقرات وزارة الصحة العراقية ذات الصلة ان كانت عن طريق زيارة الوزارة بصورة دائمة و متابعة البريد الألكتروني
● متابعة وثيقة مع أقسام KIMADIA.
● متابعة البريد اليومي واستلامه من وإلى جميع أقسام وزارة الصحة العراقية.
● تقديم تقارير الأعمال اليومية المشار إليها سابقا لرئيس العمليات.
● ترتيب الأجتماعات مع رؤساء أقسام وزارة الصحة وكيماديا المعينين أو المدير العام اذا أمكن.
الخبرة والمؤهلات المطلوبة:
● الدرجة العلمية: درجة البكالوريوس.
● يمتلك مهارات الكتابة والتدقيق والتصحيح بدقة عالية.
● لديه خبرة علمية و عملية تدعم القدرة على السيطرة في حال تعددت المهام وتلبية المهام الصعبة في المواعيد المحددة لها و العمل ضمن روح الفريق.
● الخبرة: سنة إلى ثلاث سنوات من العمل في الشركات العاملة بالقطاع الصحي .
● خلفية قوية أو اهتمام بمتابعة الأمور المتعلقةبالاتصالات أو الصحة العامة أو في المجالات ذات الصلة.
● مهارات تنظيمية ممتازة والاهتمام بأدق التفاصيل.
● أن يكون على مستوى عالٍ من القدرة على كتابة التقارير وتحليل وتلخيص البيانات من مصادر متنوعة والقدرة على إنجاز العمل وفقًا لجدول زمني محدد.
●القدرة و المهارة في أستخدام Microsoft Word ،Excel ، PowerPoint ، و البريد الألكتروني (outlook ) والبرامج ذات الصلة
