このたび、当社従業員の 土谷 昌孝 が、令和 7 年度 職業能力開発関係 厚生労働大臣表彰「技能検定関係功労者」として令和 7 年 11 月 18日に表彰されました。

We will be exhibiting a panel of the MWS-SiC6, a wire saw specifically designed for SiC that can cut up to 8 inches. It can use thin wires of 70 μm, which will greatly contribute to reducing slicing costs.

We will showcase panels featuring solutions for reducing consumable costs, labor-saving technologies for modern factories, and automatic tape replacement machines, highlighting our contribution to cost savings and efficiency. Also, we introduce glass substrate support machine and remounter and so on.

Advanced Materials Equipment Company:
We will exhibit "MWS-SiC6", that can slice up to 8 inch size, on panel.
The thinnest wire 100µm can be used, which greatly contributes to the reduction of slicing cost.
