ニセコヨガフェス2022の講師陣紹介 Vol. 4 : 井上敦子
この夏のヨガフェスの特別講師として、首都圏エリアからニセコにきてくれます！

長い会社員勤めからヨガ講師に転身した敦子先生のヨガの中心にあるのは、「リラックスの本質」。現代社会の中で自分らしく生きていくために、プレッシャーやストレスをリリースする手助けをしてくれます。ニセコの自然と融合した美しいヴィラ「玄妙」という環境と、敦子先生のヨガニドラを取り入れたクラスのコラボレーションがとても楽しみなクラスです。最後の部分では、さざなみドラムという素敵で繊細な音色を出す楽器の生演奏もBGMに入ります。これ、なかなか体験できないです！

Niseko Yoga Fest 2022 Teachers Vol. 4 : Atsuko Inoue
Coming to Niseko from the Tokyo metropolitan area as a special instructor for this summer's YogaFest!

Atsuko, a long-time office worker turned yoga teacher, focuses on the essence of relaxation. Be yourself in this modern world, Stress and pressure release, are the key words. The collaboration of Atsuko's Yoga Nidra infused class and the beautiful environment of the Genmyo villa, which blends with the natural Zen existence of Niseko, will be a very interesting one. Plus a unique opportunity to experience is the delicate and relaxing sound of the tongue drums hopping in live for the Yoga Nidra part at the end.

天気予報が右往左往な今年の北海道。雨の予報は結局ほとんど直前で晴れや曇り晴れに変わって、予定を立てるのが大変です！
ニセコヨガフェスが開催される8/20-8/21も現時点では雨混じりの予報ですが、これはきっと変わるやつですよ。

アンヌプリの展望広場の今日の午後。涼しい風が気持ちいいです。来週末はこれよりもっとピカピカになるといいですね！

Weather forecast doesn’t really help us to schedule our plan this summer as it just unpredictably changes all the time. Forecast for the next weekend is still looking dodgy, but we know it will change and we’ll see ☀️ 🌞 ☀️!

ニセコヨガフェス2022の講師陣紹介 Vol. 3 : JAC

8月20日、初日の3本目でこの日の締めのクラスはローカルに大人気のJACです。
ハタ、ヴィンヤサ、アシュタンガ、イン、アイアンガー、ジバムクティ講師に師事経験を持ち、レイキやヒーラーとしての資格ももつJacのインヨガクラスで夕暮れ時の静かな時間にじっくりと心と体を穏やかにします。
Jacは翌日のスペシャルイベントオールスタークラスでは静の動きとは変わって「動」のヴィンヤサフローです。

Jacのレッスンを体験できるクラスは2回あります。

Niseko Yoga Fest teachers Vol. 3 : JAC

Jac did her Teacher Training with Denise Payne in Hatha Yoga and Yin Yoga, and attended clinics by Baron Baptiste (Power Yoga) and Nancy Gilgoff (Ashtanga). Jac is interested in the energetic and healing qualities of yoga. Jac currently teaches Hatha, Power and Yin yoga in Niseko where she is based. Last class of the first day, Go deep with Jac and feel the evening serenity.
She'll boot up the All Stars@Annupuri, the fun event class at the end of this year with her Vinyasa flow!

8月21日、2日目の朝を小鳥たちが囀る素敵なヴィラのテラスで爽やかにスタートしてくれるのは、洞爺湖近郊エリアから ERIN です。
筋肉の深部まで丁寧にアプローチするスウィディッシュマッサージ専門学校で習得した知識と技術、そしてシニアインストラクターとしてのヨガの知識を合わせ持ちます。薬を使わず自分で出来るセルフケアとしてのヨガをお届け中。
いちにちの始まりをゆっくり徐々に体をほぐしつつ元気にスタートしましょう✨

Erin先生のレッスンを体験できるクラスは2回あります。

Erin will start an energizing Hatha flow yoga class waking up, on the second morning at the terrace of the Gen-Myo which is a lovely villa with birds singing. She received the license for a Swedish massage that enables a careful approach to deep muscles in Canada and combines her knowledge and skills acquired there and Yoga knowledge as a senior instructor for delivering yoga as a form of self-care that can be done.
