We incorporate fascia release exercises into nearly every lesson. Here’s a look at one month of progress in the Halasana pose. The difference is striking! Just observe the alignment of the spine, the openness of the chest, the engagement of the abdomen, and, of course, the positioning of the legs.
Once again, we meet with this student only once a week for two hours, and it’s all online. Just imagine the progress he could make if we practiced more frequently!💪💪💪
