Japanese Traditional Culture:Tea Ceremony

Come experience it tomorrow at 11:00 a.m.！！

・We call the Japanese tea ceremony “Sado”
Sado is a Japanese traditional culture.
・Sado is the ceremony of serving and having tea.
・The green tea used for sado is called matcha and it is
beautiful green powder.
・Usually, a host invites several guests to a small room and
serves matcha.

The tea ceremony form was perfected around the Muromachi period (1333-1573) and became popular among the Japanese people as it was loved by the warlords of the Warring States period.
It is a cherished culture that demonstrates the spirit of hospitality based on harmony, respect, and tranquility.

International Metaverse Symposium at CLEFT TOKYO 2024
-Hopes and Expectation of Patients and Families Worldwide-
International Metaverse Symposium at CLEFT TOKYO 2024 - Hopes and Expectations of Patients and Families Worldwide - will be held on July 17, 16:30.
During this symposium, patients and families affected by cleft lip and palate from various countries will gather in a virtual space (metaverse) to share their challenges, treatment experiences, and expectations. The aim is to facilitate an exchange of ideas between participants and experts, fostering hope and support for patients and their families. As the discussions will be conducted via avatars in the metaverse, personal information will remain confidential.
The symposium is scheduled to take place on Wednesday, July 17th, at 4:30 PM Japan Time, and will last approximately one hour. The language of communication will be English.
All attendees of the congress can view this session by coming to the venue.
